First Grooming Competition of the year on Sunday at The Grooming Show. Took Rogue and placed 1st in Doubles class with the fabulous Cassandra Stephens of The Poochery Dog Grooming. In this class it’s 2 Groomers 1 Dog and 90 minutes to finish.

Anyone waiting on messages back from me I will be sorting it this week so don’t panic! Had a bit of a nightmare with my pipes freezing for 3 days and having to make sure those clients were booked back in ASAP which means last week I worked 7 days and LONG hours to accommodate. Now things are back to normal I will be sorting bookings. Anyone that wants sorting for the year and hasn’t already sent me a message asking me to do so can you please send me one through messages not on this post. I will be out showing a lot this year with my poodle puppy Koda so appointments are subject to change as show dates are released but I am going to work some of my normal off days when I have to take days out so that I am in the salon as much as I normally can be. Please be aware all appointments are subject to change at the moment. During the last wave of cold weather the pipes to the salon froze. So far they are doing okay and we have added some extra insulation but with it getting even colder over the next few days please be aware appointments may have to be moved if they freeze. Thank you all for understanding 🐾❄️

Had some issues with the booking system not liking the latest Apple update. Luckily a bug fix has sorted the problem and I can now access my diary and go through messages. Will get back to everyone in the next day or two who is waiting for appointments to be sorted. I have loads of beautiful bows and collar accessories so if you aren’t booked in but want something cute and festive for your pup you are welcome to come and pick one up for £1 🎄🖤

Closed today (Tuesday) I have worked half days last two days to make up for it! Back open as normal on Wednesday. Will go through messages later today 🖤 Here is a little video of the new salon treat jar I painted at The Pottery 🥰

🐾🐾Customer notice🐾🐾 It’s that time of year again! Can people please make sure your dogs have got adequate up to date flea treatment. I have had dogs come in to the salon with fleas the last two days. As per my terms and conditions I have the right to refuse to groom any dog that comes in with fleas and you will still be charged for your appointment. If I take them in there will be a £10 add on charge to cover extra disinfection of the salon. This is what I got off a dog today that was so desperate for a groom I didn’t have the heart to turn it away.
