Everything raised goes straight back into their care, food, environment and veterinary care ! We are officially full at the rescue and with a surrendered pregnant guinea pig aswell, I suspect our number will grow by the end of the week. If you can help in any way. By volunteering, sharing our page, donating unwanted saleable goods or helping us sell at fairs and events please get in touch.

Wow!!! we can't thank you enough for your kind donation to the rescue Hannah!

We are ALWAYS in need of clothing,gifts, soaps, scarves and hats, all things that can be sold to raise money for all the animals we care for! All the money raised will go straight back into the rescue to cover food, maintenance to the environment and more importantly the vet bills, to keep all the animals in their best health possible
Unfortunately we can't take bric a brac or electricals

Large bags of rabbit manure
We run a rabbit rescue in Elkesley and have lots available
Fresh and no need to let the manure sit. It is ready to use in your garden and is great for fertiliser and also adding to water to make a plant tea for baskets etc.

Manure has hay and biodegradable bedding with it.

all day Thursday or 9-12 Saturday.
So appreciated. Can’t tell you how much we rely on donations and your help. So far we have rescued over 2000 animals since 2014. Only happens as a team x thank you so so so much.

I’ve had several comments re rescues and shops but no one will sell singles. I totally get it, but I have a 14 week old bereaved guinea who needs a friend.

£4000 was raised.
Thank you to everyone that helped and supported st saviours church today at their jumble sale. At all ears we feel it’s really important to support other charities and fundraising groups as we know how difficult times are. We loved today. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, it was such fun to help others and raise money. The church also allowed us to have some much wanted things from the items unsold for our own charity to help with funds. Sometimes it’s easy to become self absorbed with our own needs and today I realised to help others is actually enabling ourselves to be better. Thank you again to st saviour church retford for their kindness, cake and love shown. X### see you next year x

I’m closing all ears rescue for a few months just to get us back to our normal. As many of you know I recently lost both my parents at the same time and last year I had health issues which resulted in operations.

I just need some time to readjust and refocus. Small paws will remain open as usual.

Our rescue is full
Under no circumstances turn up and bring your rabbit(s)

Today I’ve had people turn up at my home with their unwanted animal.
This is a self funded rescue. I do not have to take any animals or help anyone.
Don’t put me in this position.
I have run this rescue for over 10 years. We never ever take animals in that we cannot fund re vets/vaccinations/neuturing.
Do not turn up at my door, my home and expect me to just take your animal.
The rabbit in question will now cost the rescue nearly £300 plus accommodation. This rabbit now goes into quarantine because I will not risk my other animals.
Don’t put me and my rescue in this position without having the decency to ask me, ring me or message me.
This is my home and a voluntary rescue.
