Well that’s it! It’s officially a wrap... and yes I definitely just bawled my eyes out after every single walk today thinking about not seeing these lovely animals anymore.

3.5 years has flown by. I only started this part time after quitting my job a veterinary nursing assistant so I could do my vet physio degree. Sadly it didn’t turn out the way I planned and I’m happily settling into my new course into a totally different direction.

Thank you to everyone over the years. I will be available for the odd thing here and there until I move house.

As some of you may seem this evening, a previous client of mine has made a strong effort to comment on as many posts of mine as possible bashing my business.

I would like to apologise for this, this was a client which I had to “let go” after repeated phone calls at 9pm, rude nasty text messages, contacted me repeatedly whilst I was very sick off work with covid amongst many other things.

In 4 years I think I have had two complaints and have otherwise loved this job.

I seem to be having increasingly bad run ins with clients and others whilst I’m dog training and walking at the moment and sadly more than one other dog walker I’ve spoken to seems to be having the same issue.

With sadness I would like to announce that I will be closing the business at the beginning of March.

I will be offering the odd nail clipping from March until around may before fully shutting my doors.

Hi, whilst I was dog walking today down swaines Way at the very end by the main road a small grey tabby approached me and was meowing loudly for my attention and seemed quiet distressed. I went to take the dogs back and it was gone when I came back.

I asked around and one neighbour said the same cat approached her meowing loudly and seems a bit distressed before it ran off.

It may have been nothing but just wanted to share Incase anyone was looking for their cat! It was very slight in build. Thanks

Hello. I’m looking for an in house pet sitter for a client - 16th - 21st April this year, based in heathfield.

2 dogs, one elderly and one junior dog pictured below and two Guinea pigs. All very well behaved, however you must be experienced with senior dogs and young dogs.

These are regular clients of mine but unfortunately I am unable to make these dates.

This person must be a professional pet sitter, fully insured, Experienced (and not just a dog owner) able to work to own initiative but happy to contact the owner if needed without hesitation.

Sadly a dog walker has lost her life. Another reason I’m against big pack walking - it’s not natural for dogs of different territories to mix outside socially and then go back home again. It simply doesn’t happen in the wild! A dog walker cannot have control of 8 dogs at a time. I don’t believe in 5/6 at a time either. Please be responsible with dogs. Very sad for to dogs, the owners and the lady that lost her life.
