I've been asked for care advice on a animal purchased at Pets at Home. I explained politely to ask P@H as they should have all the details on the animal, age,species etc and should provide a care instructions. I was told quite rudely I am unhelpful.

Earlier today, on our face book page, we received a threatening and abusive message towards us as individuals and our business. Before we could respond the individual concerned blocked us and we were unable to respond.

Our business has operated in Eastbourne for almost 54 years, and we have never been abused in such a manner.

We wish to assure our valued and loyal customers that we take this matter most seriously and consequently the individual and the messages received will be passed onto the police.
