We’ve had a few reports of customers not leaving the paddock on time or not following the rules. 🚫 To keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth experience, please park in the designated waiting area near the barn 🅿️ while the previous customer is still in the paddock or loading their dogs into their car. 🐾 This helps us follow the rule of allowing only one car at a time in the parking area next to the paddock, making it safer for dogs to unload and reload. 🚗

Each booking includes 60 minutes, with 50 minutes for exercise and 10 minutes to clean up and vacate the paddock before the next booking. ⏳

If you arrive late, please remember that your departure time remains the same to ensure timely access for the next customer. ⏰
