☀️ IMPORTANT FOR APPOINTMENTS TODAY ☀️
I’ve sent out individual messages to everyone booked in for this afternoon and evening as I am having to reschedule all grooms. The salon has got ridiculously hot and my poor aircon is struggling to keep up now the sun is fully across the front of the salon, but my main priority is always the dogs safety and health. For everyone booked in for the rest of the day can you check your messages and I’ll rebook where I can around our holiday 🩷

Hi all 👋🏼
After a lot of back and forth between different parties it has been decided that I need to make a few changes from September to make sure my business is viable (and still here for 2025!)
First on the agenda is a price increase.
I’ve put this off for over a year due to the current climate and trying to help everyone as much as possible while other companies have increased around us, I’ve kept my prices as low as possible but unfortunately everything has risen so much for me that I need to make a change. My base price will now be £35 - from September anyone paying under this amount will have it increased.
My discounts will still stand as they have since I started and just to remind everyone of what they are:
🔸Any dogs booked regularly at 4-6 weeks, I will add a discount.
🔸Multiple same household dog discounts groomed at the same appointment, I will also continue to discount.

⭐️ If your dog hasn’t been booked in for 10 weeks plus I will be adding a maintenance charge (breed and coat condition dependant)

⭐️ My matting fees will stay the same - this is an extra of between £5-£15 depending on the severity of the case.

Secondly my working hours will be changing from September. I will be offering more weekday later evenings and less weekends. September is a month of massive changes for our family, with our toddlers going off to school and nursery and our eldest off to Secondary, so weekends will be very important to us and I hope you all understand. I will always offer as much as I can, and always atleast a month in advance for people that want to grab a gold dust weekend appointment.

I would like to keep my little business running for as long as possible to keep all your doggos beautiful and loved and I really hope you all understand why a few changes need to be implemented 🩷🐾

Max 🤩🎄 I love to do a before, during and after groom picture of Max to show the importance of the bathing and drying process. When Max arrives his coat is in very tight curls, and to the naked eye doesn’t look that long, but once he is throughly bathed and blasted dry the coat fully opens up showing that actually there is a lot of coat there! Max is an absolute delight to groom, even putting himself on the table and in the bath! 🥰⭐️
