No show appointments will be charged the full amount, we are a small business who have overheads and staff to pay. We understand that appointments can be missed, however we cannot be expected to take a financial loss for this. Would you like to turn up to work and find out that you won’t be paid for your time? It is no different for us.

Cancellations within 48 hours will loose a deposit or will be due to 50% of the appointment cost.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be due the full appointment cost.

Please try to remember that as much as we will always try to be flexible and understanding of situations, we are a business at the end of the day and have to earn to survive. Please be fair 💛
