Testing the water ?

My manufacturer has agreed to source & manufacture the oil that makes baccarat rouge 540

Its the oil thats used in the real perfume
They just need to add a few things to make the ph level safe for dogs & cats

The min oil order is 11kgs

So it’s not going to be cheap to process bottle n label up.
If anyone thinks they would be interested
I will get it in play.

We are appealing for information after two men tried to steal a dog from a man before assaulting him in Balerno.

The 43-year-old was walking in a field near to National Cycle Route 75 and Lanark Road West between 5.15pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday, 13 February, 2024. One of the men tried to take the dog and the other assaulted the owner with a knife.

He was later taken by ambulance to Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.

Officers are keen to trace the two men. The first is described as: white, around 50, stocky build, 5’ 6”, ginger greying beard, wearing a black thermal beanie hat, black puffer jacket and with a local accent. The second is described as: white, slim build, 5’ 10”, 20-to-30-years old, clean shaven, wearing a hat, a black jacket with green writing, pale blue denim jeans, tan coloured boots.

They made off towards Ravelrig Road and were lost to sight.

Detective Inspector Martin Smith, of Edinburgh CID, said: “This appears to be an attempt to rob the man of his dog, and it is vital that we establish the full circumstances of what happened and trace the men responsible.

“I would like to speak to anyone who was in the area between 5pm and 6pm on Tuesday who saw or heard anything suspicious. Similarly, anyone with private CCTV, doorbell footage or dashcam of the area is urged to review the footage and bring anything significant to our attention.

“Officers will be carrying out additional patrols in the area and anyone with any concerns can approach these officers.”

Please toilet your dog before attending & ensure the coat is dry free from mud & sand
Prices quoted prior to the groom may at times be variable & subject to various condition’s
Such as the condition of your dog.

⚠️Plz let us know 48 hours in advance if you cant attend.
Any payments made ie deposits are non refundable.

⚠️in some repetitive Circumstance’s If you fail to attend more than once we will have no option but to charge 100% of appointment cost along with loosing your deposit.
If you give less than 48hours you will loose your deposit & required to pay £20 from lost revenue before we allow you to rebook.

⚠️ we take a £10 deposit at booking with a platform fee if you want to avoid processing fees on the remaining portion you can pay the remainder in person by card or cash avoiding booking/processing fees.

⚠️If we are given 48 hrs notice your payment & appointment is transferable but not refundable.

TO AVOID BEING TURNED AWAY
YOU NEED TO BE AWARE ON THE DAY WE Require & it is much appreciated that your dog to be toileted dry & free from Mud & sand & matting as we may need to wash the coat & condition it twice which we would need to apply an additional free.
or in extreme circumstance we may REFUSE THE GROOM.

If you have failed to attend or cancelled in the past with no notice we may request 100% payment from your missed appointment aswell as 100% payment to secure your next appointment this is non refundable only transferable if we are given 48hrs notice.

DOG CONDITION

& on the day make sure your dogs toileted with a dry coat free from Mud & sand
“as this takes longer & wet dirty coats affect the overall finish preventing us from pre grooming before the bath and it also severely damages our equipment the extra time and cost will be passed on to the client”
In some cases we may decline the groom.

We do advise that You will Not be permitted to stay during the process for your dogs safety as this upsets the dog and can cause an accident as your pet is essentially a moving target & we use sharp objects.
However if your dog is matted we will ask you to stay in some Rare circumstances

we will give you a time to return or contact you on the numbers you provide when your dog is ready
Plz dont try to come early unless we contact you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS & AGREEMENT Of which we will or will not accept your dogs for grooming

TIME WASTING

If you miss or cancel your appointment with less that 48hrs hour notice we
Will may decline to rebook you unless you pay £20 from your wasted appointment.
We would also refuse to rebook you without £10 deposit for the next.
Be aware deposits are non refundable non transferable if given less than 48hrs notice to alter the appointment.
In some
Circumstances we may charge 100% of the appointment.

so please make a note in your calendar’s if you booked online you can edit reschedule or cancel your booking yourself via your email confirmation bit importantly please also use the ability yo directly add this appoitment to your calendar’s As soon as you book to avoid no show fees.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

No shows are not tolerated All clients are required to pay £10 to secure the appointment.
All clients that have failed to turn up are required to pay the £20 fee for the loss of revenue & pay the next appointment in full & in advance if it has been 3 or more occasions or they cancelled with less than 48hrs hours notice we now ask you to pay 100% of the missed appointment & secure your next appointment up front this would be 100% if this is not done we would asses whether we would be able or accommodate you at any point in the future.

Tolerances missed appointment’s fees & Condition’s of grooming

On the day when dropping off or collecting please adhere to the safety warnings & ring bell wait for attention rather than attempting to make entry.

To avoid being charged for damaged equipment please also make sure your fur-babies are toileted dry & free from MUD DIRT & SAND as sand destroys our equipment. & the dogs coat is brushed & in an acceptable condition as these have a huge impact over the groom outcome. We may Have to charge matting fees if you dogs coat is matted.
If the dogs coat is in an unacceptable condition we will offer a clip down or cancel the groom

If the dog is presented more than once with a matted felted coat we will charge a matting fee of £20 & in some severe cases or Instances we may ask you to look to
Booking with an alternative groomer.
We may even organise a vet referral where the vet may need to sedate your dog to perform dematting safely

If the dogs coat is in an unacceptable condition we will offer a clip down or cancel the groom. The above statement would also apply if matting was repetitive.
If the coat is felted we would refer you to the vet & your appointment fee would still be payable
We dont accommodate aggressive dogs.

Due to operational costs to the business we now operate a one strike policy due to no shows that are directly affecting other client’s & our availability.

We are equipped with high powered cooling fans & aircon however if temperatures exceed safety level we usualy cancel all dog’s & close
You would automatically be re appointed as soon as it was safe to groom.
On a Rare occasion the groomer may also need to reschedule your Appointment due to situations that may arise from working with live animals this could be matted dogs welfare issues fleas kennel cough being brought in to the salon or even personal health.
