It's time for your next adventure ✨️🐾💛

Today it's goodbye for one of our much loved and longstanding family members, our gorgeous Stevie.

The last 4 years have been full of every feeling, you've come so far since we first met and it's been such a joy to watch you grow happier and flourish.

Becoming a part of your inner circle was such an honour, and I'm so grateful you felt you could let me in enough to see your cheeky, goofy side. The part of you who taps her toes when she's excited about being fed dinner, the flappy ears on a jog at Arthurs Seat, the growly zoomies in the house, the way you'd burry your head under my pillow and snore all night on sleepovers, and all the love you showed me that not everyone got a part of.

To the girl who has more facial expressions than any dog I've ever met, the girl who I got to accompany down the aisle of your pawrents wedding, and to the girl who came on every walk with a waggy tail, thank you ❤️
4 years of amazing memories, you'll be so sorely missed.

Excited to see how you get on in your new home and taking on the role of big sister. I know you'll do us all so proud 🩷

It's been over a whole week without you 💙

We never get anywhere near enough time, but it was yours far too soon my beautiful, gentle boy 💔

You were a bright ray of sunshine in my week, and you filled every second of every walk with fun and laughter ❤️

People would double take when they saw us, little and large, out on an adventure together, but you were an absolute dream on the lead, and it never mattered that you were literally double my size.
🐕🚶‍♀️

You loved to keep it interesting and I never quite knew what to expect when I turned up for a walk. From you rolling in fox poo a day after a visit to the groomers, to you stealing an entire box of eggs off the kitchen counter and not eating them, but storing all 12 safely in your bed and guarding them intently for when I arrived to collect you 😂

You looked tough as nails, but hated getting your feet cold in the snow. And you insisted you walk yourself by refusing to leave the house without the lead firmly in your mouth.

Every snack I had on walks was 'our' snack - especially a jammy dodger 🍪 And you hated getting your photo taken more than any dog I know, which was criminal for someone so handsome.

Thank you for being so cheeky. You were truly one of a kind Max.

Gone far too soon 💔 but leaving an extra big paw print on my heart. You are already so sorely missed beautiful boy.
Sleep tight, I know your brother will be running about causing mayhem with you up there 🌈☁️🐾
