Unfortunately I have come down with a bad case of the cold with a rough cough. So I won't be able to get out to walk. I have different types of medication to take, so hopefully i will be back to work ASAP.

Sorry. My whole body is in agony. My joints and muscles are aching. And can not move without extreme pain
