RADISH SHOOTS!

Today we celebrate the joy of radish microgreens in all their glorious colours! We grow three varieties: Daikon (green), China Rose (pink), and Rambo (red).

The green ones are the hottest of the three and the red the mildest. We love the vibrant pink stems of the China Rose, which pack a real punch, mellowed when added to salads or used as a garnish on curries. Also great additions to a burger or sandwich to add a bit of crunch and mustard style heat!

MICRO SHOWCASE 03:
RADISH SHOOTS!

A house favourite - today we are celebrating the joy of radish microgreens in all their glorious colours! We grow three varieties, Daikon (green), China Rose (pink) and Rambo (red). The green is the hottest, and the red the mildest. The pink stems of China Rose always look fabulous on a plate, and the heat packs a punch! Mellowed out when mixed into salads or paired with dishes such as a Thai curry or added to a burger for some extra bite 👌🏼
