Again we have people not turning up if you can't make your appointment let us know , we have a lot of dogs that are desperate to get in before Christmas and would be happy to come in,
So now we have have made the unfortunate decision that if you don't turn you for the appointment we won't be rebooking you back in,

We have recently had a few no shows ,
We understand that some have had to wait a while and our dog groomer is doing her best to get through all the dogs , if you can't make it or have been able to go elsewhere for now please let us know and we can inform our cancellation who are waiting to get in. Any no shows will now be charged for the missed appointment before another appointment can be allocated
