*** 2024 RECAP *** Back to recapping my 2024 jobs, jumping back in at AUGUST where my jobs were in Easter Ross and Aberdeenshire, looking after 3 dogs and 2 cats 🏠🐕🐈‍⬛️ After a decent (for me) break at home, I headed back to Easter Ross to look after the 2 handsome black labs I’ve looked after many times before 🐕 I always get a very excited welcome from the boys and that was definitely the case this time too! We had some lovely walks in between the rain showers – my view was normally the dog’s behinds as they charged ahead sniffing everything they could! 😃 As the beach was quiet one day I took both dogs down for a dip and they had a great time splashing and chasing each other. Another great sit with them and I would see them a couple of weeks later when working in the area again 🐕 The next job was back to Aberdeenshire to look after the dog and cat I’d previously looked after 🐕🐈‍⬛️ It was great to see both the pets again and they settled quickly with me. The cat unfortunately brought me some presents so I was on ‘mousewatch’ some of the time! 🐀 I took the dog to a nearby castle for a couple of our walks and another time to a nearby park where he had lots of sniffs. The cat joined us on wanders in the garden again and tried to give me a leaving ‘present’ in my case 🐀 but luckily the dog spotted it and it escaped to hide somewhere else in the bedroom! 😮 My last job of August was back up to Easter Ross to look after the lovely lady cat who is just adorable ❤️ She was sleeping when I arrived but woke up and seemed pleased to see me. As the weather was nice I managed to tempt her outside for a little while to soak up the sun 🌞 It’s always a success if I can get her to have a good scoff while I’m with her and she did well this time. She really likes being brushed and I have to remember to put some catnip on her scratch pad for her to enjoy 😀🐈‍⬛️ This is a link to my last Recap post ab

*** 2024 RECAP *** Just a few days of 2024 left and here is the next instalment of the year's recap 🏠🐕🐈‍⬛️ JULY was a very different month for me as I only had 1 job - but it was for over 3 weeks 😊 I had the pleasure of looking after a beautiful German Shepherd while her family went away on a very special holiday 🏠🐕 She was great company and enjoyed a chase round the garden, running about like a young thing! 😀 I had previously looked after this lovely girl so knew the woods she liked to go walks in but during my time with her she led me on lots of different routes - good job I had my wellies and walking boots with me! *** 2024 RECAP *** As we get closer to the end of the year, I'm looking back at my 2024 jobs 🏠🐕🐈‍⬛️ JUNE was one of the busiest months for my business as I worked continuously for 3 weeks, going from one job to the next! I worked in Cornwall, Fife and Falkirk, looking after a total of 8 dogs and 1 cat! 🐕🐈‍⬛️ I started off travelling to Cornwall to look after 5 labs - 3 of which I'd looked after twice before when they lived in Scotland. I'm not sure if the original 3 remembered me but they were certainly excited when I arrived 😀 the other 2 got the message I was safe and soon were all over me too! 🐕 I then flew back to Scotland and straight over to Fife to look after a beautiful lab retriever and a shy (at first!) cat for the first time 🐕🐈‍⬛️ The dog was very excited to see me and the cat pretended to be shy until she let me give her belly rubs 😂 I had a lovely week getting to know both pets and exploring the area on dog walks 🐕 From there I went over to the Falkirk area to look after a very handsome Vizsla I had previously looked after, and his flat coat retriever/chocolate lab cross little sister who was a new dog for me 🐕 They are both very happy dogs and the boy is more chilled now he has a sister - a great match for each other ❤️ This is a link to my last post about my May bookings https://www.facebook.com/share/v/kqeZGJf72wUvHEWB/ Keep an eye out for my next post about my July job 🏠🐕 #houseandpetsitting #naeworrieshouseandpetsitting #doglover #catlover #recapof2024 #havebagswilltravel #Cornwall #Fife #Falkirk #blacklabs #foxredlab #labretriever #vizsla

*** 2024 RECAP *** As we get closer to the end of the year, I’m doing a recap of my 2024 jobs 🏠🐕🐈‍⬛️ In MAY I worked in Easter Ross, Argyll & Bute, Speyside and Ross & Cromarty, looking after 1 cat and 6 dogs 🐈‍⬛️🐕 My first sit was back with the beautiful lady cat who is just a sweetheart ❤️ She ate a lot better for me during this sit which is always reassuring, especially in an older pet, even though sometimes it was breakfast/dinner in bed 😀 The weather was lovely so she enjoyed a wee wander in the garden and she took her extra medicine very well when needed 🌞👌 From Easter Ross I then went straight down to Argyll & Bute to look after 2 very handsome but cheeky chocolate labs who had moved to a new house since I’d last looked after them 🏠🐕 It was one of the hottest weeks of the year so I had to ensure the dogs didn’t get too hot and, as they loved my slippers, I had fun trying to find them when they disappeared! 😂🥿 After a couple of nights at home I had a short sit in Speyside with a gorgeous Leonberger – one of the biggest dogs I’ve looked after! ❤️ He was an absolute darling – very cuddly and funny, and was happy letting me brush him 😍 He loved me throwing the ball for him and enjoyed his wanders round the garden and in the big field next to the house 🐕 I had a short visit back home before heading to the last job of the month in Ross & Cromarty to look after the Weimeraners again 🐕 I always get a very excited welcome from these dogs and have learnt to open the door then stand back! 😀 The dogs had lots of fun in the house and garden with toys being stolen, and chasing anything that moved outside! *** 2024 RECAP *** As we get closer to the end of the year, I’m doing a recap of my 2024 jobs 🙂🏠🐕🐈‍⬛️ My APRIL jobs were in Easter Ross, Speyside and Aberdeenshire, looking after a total of 6 dogs and 1 cat 🐕🐈‍⬛️ After a few days break in the sun at the beginning of the month 🌞 I headed straight up to Easter Ross for the first of 2 jobs there that month 😊 My first sit was with the 2 handsome black labs I've looked after and visited MANY times ❤️ As usual, I was given LOTS of cuddles and we had some lovely walks in the sun and plays in the garden whilst the good weather lasted 🌞 After a night at home I headed to Speyside to look after the beautiful red fox lab I'd looked after the month before 🐕 The weather was lovely again so we had some stunning walks and LOTS of time in the garden throwing the ball again and AGAIN! 😀 For my next job I headed back up to Easter Ross to look after the St Bernard and Cocker Spaniel I'd previously looked after 🏠🐕 The St Bernard can get fussy about her food so lots of patience/perseverance was required until she was ready. I practiced some of their training with them – with mixed success, and loved sitting on the bench at the top of their garden where they would sit and chill out for a short time ❤️ The last job of April took me to Aberdeenshire and was my first time looking after the Parson Jack Russell and his cat sister 🐕🐈‍⬛️ They both accepted me being in their home really quickly and the cat would sometimes join us in the garden where pine cones were the favourite ‘toy’ 😀 We had lots of lovely walks and I was honoured when the cat slept on the bed with us on the 3rd night – think she liked me! ❤️ Look out for the next post about my MAY jobs in the next few days This is a link to my previous post about my MARCH jobs https://fb.watch/whk_qc-bjP/ #houseandpetsitting #naeworrieshouseandpetsitting #doglover #catlover #recapof2024 #havebagsw

*** 2024 RECAP *** As we get closer to the end of the year, I’m doing a recap of my 2024 jobs 🏠🐕🐈‍⬛️ In MARCH I looked after 1 cat and 1 dog in Easter Ross and Speyside 🐈‍⬛️🐕 I also had some much needed time at home during March and managed to get some decorating done 👍🏠 I looked after a beautiful lady cat again and I love spending time with her ❤️ She is the sweetest cat and enjoys her morning milk and occasional evening treat of prawns 🍤😀 Later in the month I spent time with a very pretty labrador who is really good fun and we always enjoy amazing walks in Speyside ❤️ She has a nice big garden to run about in and can be relentless if I’m throwing the ball or cones for her! As we get closer to the last month of the year I’m doing a recap of my 2024 jobs 🏠🐕🐈 In FEBRUARY my jobs were in Moray, Wester Ross, and Ross & Cromarty and I looked after a total of 6 dogs in their own homes 🐕🐈 The first little lady I looked after is a great wee character and is lucky to have lots of stunning walks near her house. She loves charging round her garden, hiding under the sofa, and long lies 🥰 I then moved on to look after 2 beautiful lady cocker spaniels who go at 100 mph a LOT of the time! More absolutely stunning walks with these 2 and incredible views while attempting to tire them out ⛰ The third job of February was with 3 beautiful/handsome Weimeraners who have an amazing large garden to explore and lots of pheasants to bark at. *** 2024 RECAP *** As we get closer to the last month of the year I thought I’d do a recap of my 2024 jobs 🏠🐕🐈‍⬛️ In JANUARY all my jobs were in the Easter Ross area and I looked after 4 dogs and 3 cats while their owners went off on holiday 🐕🐈‍⬛️ Within 2 days of looking after the labradors I was covered in bruises as they fought to both sit on me at the same time! We had some beautiful walks every day, avoiding the mud where possible ❤️ The beautiful mature lady cat I have the pleasure of looking after allowed me to feed her on occasion and reminded me when it was time to look at the next selection from the buffet! 😀🐈‍⬛️ This was the first time looking after the next 2 dogs and cats. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the St Bernard accepted me and the cocker spaniel showed me his party trick of jumping into my arms – sometimes without warning so that didn’t go well!
