Good morning! WE ARE OPEN!

please be very careful on the roads and when getting in and out of your car ( you can park right infront of the salon) and please, SHUT THE DOOR AS SOON AS YOU CAN!! Some of you seem to like leaving the door open letting the cold in and heat out! Please remember dogs are wet and will get cold really fast, especially when the door keeps getting left open. We do our absolute best to keep them warm on these cold days 💕

That's a wrap! Time to relax and enjoy Christmas and the generous gifts from you all! 🥰

I want to thank you all for your continued loyalty and support over the last year and for trusting me with your beautiful dogs!

Thank you all for also supporting me on my Groom team England journey over the last two years, it's been so nice to share it with you all and be part of bringing home a beautiful trophy from the world championships!

Completely forgot to tell you all about the last competition of the year!!

We went to a brand new competition called Groomphoria which was just the most awesome comp!

I competed in champion Spaniel and Setter with Maud and we came 1st! I also competed in doubles class with my good friend Callum, we groomed Barney, my standard poodle and we placed 3rd!

Most exciting of all though was finally being presented with our World Championship trophy! It has been my dream to compete in the world championships and bring a trophy home and to achieve that is literally a dream come true!

Hello all!

I've no appointments left now till end of February 25, with that in mind I'd like to remind you that Taya’s Dog Grooming operates from my salon.

You will all know Taya as she first started with me in 2020 as an apprentice and has groomed many of your dog's before.

She has some availability left this year and from the first week in January

I simply have no spaces to squeeze anyone into at all and to keep up a great service I can't stretch myself so far that I'm not able to meet every dogs needs.

📣 Important Update for 2025 📣

As the year draws to a close, I want to share some important updates regarding K9Transfurmations. Your support means everything to me, and I’m committed to providing your dogs with the best care possible. To ensure that, I’ll be making some adjustments to my schedule and policies next year.

1. Updated Working Days & Hours
This year, I aimed to work four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). However, I've often found myself working six days, which has taken a toll. Starting in 2025, Saturdays will be considered outside of regular hours, with a 10% out-of-hours surcharge for appointments. Additionally, I’ll no longer start appointments at 8:30 am on any day.

2. Pricing Update
With increased costs for supplies and salon expenses, there will be a 10% price increase starting next year. This adjustment allows me to continue providing top-quality service and care.

3. Contact Preferences
To keep up with messages effectively, I encourage calls between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm for any questions or booking requests, as I may not be able to respond to texts during or after work hours.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support. I’m excited for the year ahead and look forward to continuing to care for your wonderful dogs in the best way possible. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Morning all!

I've had a few people turning up 24 hours before their appointment... I don't want to have to turn anyone away, especially when some of you drive pretty far to be here but I'm not always able to accommodate extra dogs on the spot.

Your appointment reminder will always reach you exactly 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Also, please note, my reminder system is automatic so you don't have to rely on me remembering to let you know and it let's me know the reminder was delivered, the time it was delivered and even when it's been read .

I know I no longer give out appointment cards but you should get an email confirmation, unless you opted out of this. I find these days most people put appointments directly into their phones calendar.

Just wanted to share with you all a company you might not know about but one I've used for a while now.

Fine Edge not only sharpens blades and scissors but they also service clippers and sell some really lovely scissors too. I have a particular pair of scissors from here that I use every single day. They're literally my go to pair, I use them in the salon and at competitions.. even the world championships!

Give them a try yourself, you might just find yourself new favourites!

Good morning!

A lot of you are asking to book ahead for next year which is absolutely great and the best way to ensure you get the appointments you want.

I want to let all of you know, well in advance, that there will be a price increase of around 10% for everyone.

I'm working on percentage this year as I feel that makes it fair for everyone rather than a flat rate.

Working on a flat rate means the smaller dogs which make up the majority of my clients, are getting a bigger percentage price rise than the bigger dogs.

I don't need to tell you all that prices for everything are rising, my personal and professional costs are constantly going up too and as such I need to be able to cover these costs and a price rise is the only way to do this as I simply cannot work any harder than I already do.

I'm now off until Tuesday 24th.

We're off to the world championships!

Will keep you updated on everything and all the cool stuff leading up to the big day and whatever the outcome I'll come back proud to have represented my country with my awesome team!

Any texts etc will not be replied to until my return as I want to keep myself focused!

19 days to go!! Huge thank you to each and every person and company who has made this possible with your sponsorship and buying raffle tickets etc.

Making it onto Groom Team England was an ambition I thought people like me could never achieve and here I am, 19 days away from the highest point in my career. I feel privileged to be able to go forward into this experience with my amazing team mates!

The salon will be closed from 15th to 24th of September as I hope to get some rest and pampering myself before we set off for Belgium 🇧🇪 on the 19th! I'm so excited!

It is officially 19 days till the Worlds!! We can't quiet believe we are nearly here.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has sponsored the team and to all the groomers, friends and family who have donated money, prizes, bought a raffle ticket, spread the world throughout the last few years to help the team go to the worlds without you all we couldn't send them so thank you.

We are going in with one team, one spirit and one win!

That win is a win just for making it there and competing and anything more is a bonus!

Good evening everyone!

Tomorrow will be my first day back at work after a nice long break for summer!

I will get back to all enquiries at the end of my working day tomorrow.

Please note, I'm still not taking on any new clients due to being fully booked for almost the rest of the year.
