I know we have been a little quiet of our socials for quite a while.

The reason being between delivering and tending to livestock, we have been building 9 new High Health Units for the Wagyu calves.

The photos don't do them justice, but we could not hold on anymore without sharing this massive milestone with you. The upgrade will bring great health and welfare benefits to our calf rearing, and we have reached the goal of improvements sooner than we first thought.

Take a little time to talk to your local farmers today and find out about the challenges facing your food supply chain.
There is things that are never mentioned but we are determined to get the information out there.

When we put these buckets in the field for the ladies, it must mean one thing!

Lambing 2025 will soon be upon us!!

After over 15 years of loyalty to these Lifeline buckets, we are pleased to see their support to breast cancer awareness and the Pink Ribbon Foundation.

This year, we are trying something new as well, putting feed blocks out for the ladies instead of bags of pellets.

We hope to see many of you today out in Morpeth to show your support to British Farming.

All you will hear is the farmers are protesting about INHERITANCE TAX. Please take a look at the bigger picture. We are being drove into the ground to stop food production and at the very least to be used as a vehicle to poison the public if they get their own way.

They started their war on farming when they created a new countryside scheme that controlled the destocking of livestock from farms.
Then we went on to the removal of pesticides from UK that are used in all other countries except here. They are having a detrimental affect on cereal yields, then we got bashed with farm assurance changes that are leaning towards the power of the supermarkets.
As time progressed, we were hit with fertiliser tax to reduce its use, but that is having a significant affect on yields meaning less food in terms of cereals.
Then the Inheritance Tax to get rid of farmers and in turn move the farms over to conglomerates to use as carbon offsetting.
Then we moved on to the double cab pickup tax so that we cannot move workers around on farms and finally the cattle tax that is coming to reduce production.

If all else fails they are working on a plan to place chemicals into our livestock to stop them from exhibiting natural traits such as burping to reduce climate change. It is actually a carcinogenic agent that will find its way in small quantities into us.
We are making a stand not to just protect ourselves but to protect our British consumer. You have our word we stand by our values of producing the highest welfare standard produce on this planet and we are being hit hard to stop food production.

There are many issues that have arose in the last couple of years and all of which to destroy your food system in the UK.

Stand with your farmers.

NO FARMS + NO FARMERS = NO FOOD

As you will all be aware Storm Darragh has hit.

We are planning on getting out early this evening rather than early morning.

The hope is to get as many deliveries done as possible before 11.30pm. If we fail due to fallen trees we will start again in the morning around 7am when the roads should be safe again.

Is it about time we all started to change our profile picture to the one in this post to show we are fully in support of our local farms not the large businesses that are determined to poison us through chemicals into our food.
We must show this is not acceptable. Everyones current support is started to take affect in the supermarket and hopefully the processors will wake up and stop attempting to manipulate our food.

We, the British farmer need your support more than ever before to protect our food security. We are being used to poison the general public and will not allow it to happen. This is part of the plan and use inheritance tax as the reason that farmers have started striking. We have more than just that, but they are trying to hide the real reason.

Please stand by your British Farmers. We are here for you.

A warning to all. You may or may not be aware but over the last week I have been working with our industry to work out what on earth is going on with the new additive that is backed by Billionaires.

This additive is to be put into cattle feed especially on another trial with ARLA milk.

This additive is dangerous and has been proven by the Food Standards Agency and still allowed to be used by ARLA to reduce emissions from cattle.

The vast majority of British farmers are 100% against this due to the risk of it getting into the human foodchain as 75% of the milk in the trial showed the chemical in it.

Can I inform you that Acorn Dairy has confirmed they will not be using this dangerous chemical and the Soil Association has informed everyone that it is not permitted in organic farming practices.

The information sheet is included in this post as the British government is allowing this happen. You can also see the studies done by The Food Standards Agency on their website.

We as British Farmers will protect our British consumer and make sure these risks do not get to you. Please back your local milk sources. Do not buy ARLA produce as it is all at risk of having this chemical in it.

Just sitting here thinking about our role as a small farm in the big picture of this country.

It has just dawned on me and hopefully quite a few of you, that food in the United Kingdom is mostly produced by small farms like ours.

While walking the cattle shed I realised we produce 500kg of British Beef every day of the year. That is a whopping 2000 steaks EVERYDAY!

Then as I checked the sheep fields the thought of producing 18 tons of lamb EVERY YEAR!! That equates to 49kg EVERYDAY which is nearly 250 lamb chops.

As I visit the poultry house I just saw protein in the form of an egg, to be precise nearly 110,000 EVERY YEAR!!!

Then we think about Christmas and the 500 turkeys produced to make sure our local communities have the chance to eat proper poultry and not the chlorinated sort that could begin to arrive on our shores with the loss of our British Family Farms.

After all the farming related activities I went on to the government's dream of environmental enhancement on farm. Hang on they do not realise how entwined both are and have always been but hey ho, we as British Farmers do not care about the countryside that we live and work in. So here's away with our environmental commitments of planting an additional 1km of hedgerow, sowing 100 acres to GS4 herbal ley mix to help our farmland birds. As well as our 7 ponds to give space for the wild waterfowl along with over 20 acres of woodland to help squirrels, birds and deer with cover from the outside world.

Yes Starmer as farmers we take care of the livestock, the farm, the wildlife, the countryside. We are custodians of the British countryside and we like to think that we are a big part of Great Britain creating the backbone of Britain protecting food security and in turn you should be proud to have us not neglecting the fact of national security.

As a small farmer in a great big country I am proud of our achievement to support the British public with wholesome, high welfare food that is produced in a environmentally enhanced farm to benefit everyone and everything.

Let's think wisely as this picture could be somewhat different in just a few years.

We do hope the British public stands with the British farmers today in support of British food production.

Over the last couple of years, we have been forced to reduce stock rates and lost the subsidy that was designed to keep food to the consumer below the cost of production.

Now, they have decided there is not enough of us giving the land up for solar panels or selling to corporations so that they can use it to set against their carbon footprint such as airlines.
The next hit is through Inheritance Tax.
This will end British farming as we all know it, the countryside as we have all seen it and food prices that will become unsustainable and so costly that some will no longer be able to feed themselves.

The situation is critical. That is why we are making a stand. If this government does not listen, there will be further steps.

Food shortages are coming except for perishable food relating to milk and eggs. All meats will be held back, and vegetables will be held. So, no one will be able to escape from this whether you are a meat eater or vegan.

We all must stand as this is a suppression on all of us, not just farmers.

I do hope the stand at Westminster and the meeting with the DEFRA secretary actually works but I doubt it.

The next round of action is to block the food distribution centres and then possibly tractor runs for charity in aid of helping HMRC reach their goals.

I am giving you advanced warning as we only have enough food in this country for 4 days so we can very easily see empty shelves in the run up to Christmas depending upon the outcome of the DEFRA secretary response in a meeting today with NFU.

As a collective industry we hope you understand and stand with your farmers as we are being eroded and have done over the last few years and it is time to make a stand.

Apologises in advance.

Do you back British Farming?

If you do please share this post. We need your help to get the message across to government that British farming is needed to feed the British people.

We have been at war with the government for sometime as they imposed destocking rates to try and tighten food supply and now they want 20% of all farms on death.

There is an EU taking farms from farmers as they no longer want us to eat healthy and want our food to come from test tubes in labs and tanks filled with bacteria.

This can only end one way, we cannot allow unsafe food in Britain and we need your help to increase our voice.

Please share and get prepated for food shortages as we will have to show this government that food is grown and does not just appear by magic.

The first action is a march in London on 19th November 2024.

Please share to get the word out.

Do you agree? 🍎πŸ₯•πŸ₯¦πŸžπŸ§€πŸ”πŸ³

Join us here if you think the UK Government must have a plan to make sure we always have a secure supply of British food on our shelves πŸ‘‰ http://ow.ly/rCge50MVj71
