When it snows, the p**p is covered, making it challenging for us to spot and pick it up. This directly impacts our service to you. Here's how we handle it:

- Service Delays: If there's heavy snow, your service might be delayed. We'll come as soon as it thaws, ensuring a safe and effective clean-up.

If we cant come
- Double Scoop: Don't worry! We've got you covered. We'll scoop double on our next visit once the snow has thawed.

Stay safe and cosy, and remember don't make snow angels until AFTER your dog's poo has been picked up! 🙂🐾❄️
