As it’s less than two weeks until Christmas Day, we just wanted to remind you of our deadline for Christmas delivery. We would hate you – and your pets – to miss out!
We will be closed from 24th December at 12pm but cut-off time for pre-Christmas deliveries is 2pm on Monday 23rd December…so add that date to your diaries. We will then be back open for shipments on the 27th, 30th and 31st (the latter being until 12pm), with business as normal from the 2nd January.
We aren’t away for long, but we do all deserve a much-needed break!

The day was founded in 2004 by animal advocate Colleen Paige to celebrate all dogs, whether purebred, mixed breed, or rescue dogs, and to raise awareness about the number of dogs that need to be rescued each year.
The day also aims to highlight the vital roles that dogs play in society, such as being service animals, therapy dogs, or working in search and rescue missions. We had a little challenge for Josh’s cat, Millie. We told her to spend a day in our shoes, constantly hearing her meow for food and demanding attention. She took it literally. She also didn’t appear to have learnt anything from the experiment…apart from that she now enjoys hanging out in or on people’s footwear.
Note to self: cats will do what cats want to do. Respect.
We love what we do, and we take the business very seriously. But it is also important that we enjoy our work, and if we can have some giggles along the way, that is a winning combination!
