🐔 What a dark, wet and windy rehome! 121 girls all off to their forever homes 🐔

❤️ A huge thank you to all of our wonderful rehomers who braved the elements to collect their hens this evening ❤️

💕 A massive thank you to the crazy fresh start team who make these rehomes happen whatever the weather! 💕

⭐️ We can't wait to do it all (better weather would be nice 🤞😂) again next weekend for our final rehome of 2024 ⭐️

❤️ We just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who shared our post, tagged others and reserved hens!! ❤️

🐔 When we put that post up we had 7 hens reserved for our collection point for the 23rd...we now have 116!!!! That's amazing!! 🐔

⭐️ Those who have reserved for the 23rd, don't panic, I will be sending emails out in the next day or 2, just waiting for our lovely driver to let us know what time they'll get here, so please keep an eye out and check your junk mail ⭐️

👍 Don't worry if you didn't get a chance to reserve hens for the 23rd, we're doing it all again on the 30th! Reservations are still open 👍

🐔 Fresh start for hens have 3000 hens to rehome on the 23rd November, that's only 17 days away but only half of the girls have been reserved!! 🐔

We have experienced a few glitches with our website over the past couple of days. If you have reserved but not heard from us please do re-register. The girls are waiting patiently for their retirement homes.

We have lots of hens available for the whole of NOVEMBER, especially the 2nd for some reason!

Please, can you squeeze a few ladies into your heart …and your garden? They are in desperate need of homes and NO HEN will be left behind!
If you cannot, then please share this post everywhere you can 🙏 so we can get these girls registered and into their forever homes.

⭐️ Our next opening date, 23rd November, will be a year (plus 5 days) since we opened Soham collection point! ⭐️

🐔 In that time we have rehomed 333 beautiful hens and 1 very handsome cockerel 🐔

❤️ That is all thanks to you lovely rehomers (and the crazy bunch of volunteers from admin to farm team to drivers at FSFH) ❤️

🐓 We haven't been open for a while due to personal commitments or rehome logistics, our last rehome we were gutted as we didn't get any reservations ☹️🐓

😊 Please help us help the hens (and cockerels) have the lives they deserve 😊

👍 One last thing, this page isn't about getting as many likes or shares (although we appreciate you spreading the word) per post as possible, however I'm not sure how many people are actually seeing our posts so if you could please leave this one a like then we'll know they are reaching you.
