Did you know that cuddling your dog or cat can release dopamine and serotonin which can help reduce feelings associated with depression. Oxytocin, a hormone known as the 'happiness/love hormone' is also released when cuddling with your pet. If you have the Blue Monday blues then give your pets some extra cuddling. 🥰

Happy Friday!! I get to see Ollie today, it always ends up being one of the best days of my life.... This is Ollie when he sees me, every time, without fail.
