Ely Puppy & Dog Training are super excited to launch some of our 2025 plans

We have the continuation of our amazing reactivity workshops, with our next one on 4th January 2025 - limited space available
These will continue to be held at Ely Dog Field

We will be launching our new Super Scent School. If anyone is interested in teaching their dog scent work, this is definitely the course for you.

We are making plans for specialised puppy programmes, bespoke to you and your puppy. These will be delivered on a 1-2-1 basis to ensure that good socialisation, habituation and learning takes place.

We will of course continue to offer our 1-2-1 behavioural modification consultations too.

So much progress made, so much amazing future potential, at such a young age, this beautiful pup is like Christmas, the gift that keeps on giving.

Pet Supplies for Dogs!
Treats, chews and enrichment.

We are looking into the possibility of stocking a small supply of treats, chews and enrichment ideas.
Whilst in the initial stages, we wanted to gather thoughts on whether there would be anything specific you feel would be beneficial.

Initially, we are looking at suppliers of Antler Bones, Yaks chews, dog pate for training, buffalo horns, olive branch chews and a mixture of dried dog training treats.

We would love to hear from you.

We've made it!

I have been overwhelmed by the support I have received, by the feedback I've been given and by the reviews I have received for the work I have done so far.

Sadly storm Darragh has won the battle of the weather front today, and we have had to make the decision for the safety of all humans and all dogs on todays course to cancel it.

We were hopeful that we would have a window of opportunity when we reviewed things late last night, but the weather forecast has changed for the worse, and we have had to make this decision in the best interest of everyone attending.

We have already made plans to reschedule.

We celebrated our first 2 reactivity workshops, and now we have just had another booking on our 7th December workshop meaning this is now fully booked as well.

Today we held our 2nd reactivity workshops.
Sadly with the weather and some illness, it was a smaller session today, but nevertheless it was amazing.
So much progression, in such a short time and so much knowledge distributed too.

A huge thank you to Ely Dog Field for having such a great facility we can use to run this course.

We hope you had an amazing time and we cannot wait to see you all again soon.

There’s so many ways I could start this post….. so in equal importance, I want to say;
* Thank you to each and every owner who braved the elements for today’s reactivity workshop.
* Thank you to everyone for being so brilliant, the handlers of the dogs were incredible today
* Be proud of what you’ve achieved today and celebrate how amazing your dog coped with everything.

Our first reactivity workshop in Ely was massively enjoyable today!
Helping owners and dogs overcome those moments which are just too much in certain environments right now, adding some extra tools into the tool box and teaching through positive reinforcement and science based methods.

Keep up the superb work!

Such an amazing catch up on todays 1-2-1 session with this gorgeous girl.
Her super dedicated owners have worked so hard build upon the behaviours we have been teaching, and starting to look at adding the magical 3 D’s of distance, distraction and duration.

When we work with dogs, of any age, we need to make sure we always work at the dogs pace.

Can’t wait for our next session.

As promised, we have now managed to find a suitable date and time to ad another reactivity workshop to our calendar.

We are so excited to launch our 3rd date which will be held at Ely Dog Field on 7th December 2024.
