Today I had a no show customer, which was really disappointing. I appreciate things happen and life gets in the way, but if you find yourself unable to attend your appointment, I would really appreciate letting me know. Summer is a busy time of year and I have a cancellation list the length of my arm, so for a customer to just not show up it’s not only a loss of earnings but it also takes up an appointment from a dog who could have really done with a groom in this warm weather.
I appreciate you all so much, thankfully these situations don’t happen a lot, but when they do, it’s really disheartening and unfair.
