🐾 MUD! 🐾

There has been an exceptional amount of rainfall lately, the field is wet as is most of the area! We appreciate for many of our customers this is not an issue and their dogs love it (thanks for all the videos we have been sent!) but for others they would prefer paws to stay clean!

We completely understand if people want to re-schedule to a later date when there has been a bit less rainfall and we wanted to do a post letting you know how easy this is to do!

Simply go onto our website and click in the top corner and select log in. If you have a member log in use this, if not use the email address you booked with to create one. You will then be able to see all your upcoming bookings and re-schedule if you wish to! Give us a shout if you get stuck.

Our re-schedule policy is that you can move your session up until 1 hour before it starts as we know plans sometimes change.🐾

With all the recent rainfall, the field is a little wet today having dried out last week, be sure to bring your wellies or sturdy boots! The field is holding out well though with lots of dry areas.

The weather doesn't seem to be stopping our customers though as we only have limited slots left available today and tomorrow!

We have everything you need, umbrellas for unexpected showers, a dry field shelter, a boot brush for your footwear and a wash-down area for those muddy adventures. So, your doggos can go ahead and enjoy the field!

🌞We’re excited that we can start extending our opening hours!🌞

With longer days ahead, we are able to give our customers the flexibility they need with longer opening hours. It wont be long until we will be able to offer slots into the evening. We are dreaming of some long sunny evenings...........

We are now open from 7.30am and closing at 4.30pm we will be adjusting every couple of weeks as daylight increases!

When you have to run off and hide with a toy from the toy box at the dog field 😍 The yellow bone seems to be most dogs favourite!

We are going to be adding some more toys after the weekend as a stop off at the toy box seems to be high on many of our visitors agendas!🐕

We are fully booked this weekend and spaces are filling up for next weekend, Saturday only has two half hour slots left, so get in quick if you want to snap one up.

🐾 Gate Codes! 🐾

We have changed the timings of our gate code emails to make things smoother! When you book you should receive a confirmation email for your booking within a few minutes. This email does not contain the gate code as the code changes.

You should then receive an email 8 hours before the time of your slot at the field with the code for the gates and directions. We send a follow up email 60 minutes and also 20 minutes before the slot with the code. If you book with less than 8 hours to go before your slot you will need to wait for the 60 minute or 20 minute automatic code email.

If you do not receive your confirmation email please get in touch. If you have not received your code email please call our emergency number. Please do not email or message if it is urgent as we cannot monitor messages and emails at all times. We always have someone on the phone line who will answer or call you back as soon as they can.

Please remember to double check the spelling of your email address and if you book via apple or google pay please be aware emails will go to the email address linked to that payment account.

Safety & Rules Reminder!

We welcome all at our field including elderly & young dogs, reactive, nervous and grumpy dogs! Our customers feeling comfortable and safe is of upmost importance to us! We have rules on our website, terms & conditions, emails and some signs at the field. Not abiding by our rules can lead to incidents between dogs, risks to your dogs safety and ruin another customers experience.

🐕 You must park in the car park and not on the roadway there are signs explaining this. You could prevent the next person safely entering the car park if you park on the entrance road and could cause a highway obstruction
🐕 If you arrive early please wait in your car in front of the entrance gate. Please do not get out of your car or let your dogs out. If you are on foot please wait away from the field. Some dogs do not cope with seeing other dogs or people.
🐕 You must not enter the car park until your start time and the person before you has left. There are people who do not drive to the field as they live nearby, just because you don't see a car does not mean the field is empty!
🐕Once inside the field the hand gate has a lock at the bottom of it, please lock yourself in the field as an extra safety measure
🐕 If the person before you is late leaving please remain outside the car park and contact us on the emergency number 01353 474 554
🐕 End times for sessions are either 25 or 55 minutes past the hour, this includes getting in your vehicle and leaving the site
🐕 Please ensure you use the lock the entrance and exit gates after you
🐕 There is sheep fencing protecting the mound and the area near the car park as these are currently not suitable to be walked on. Please keep dogs away from the fencing and do not let them go through it.

🚿🐾 Our Wash Down Area is a Hit! 🐾🚿

Our little wash down area is becoming a customer favourite! If you haven’t checked it out yet, we’ve placed a convenient portable wash down in the car park. It’s the perfect spot to rinse off those muddy paws and boots!

🌧️ With the weather being what it is lately, our handy boot brush nearby is also seeing a lot of action.

For your convenience, we’ve put up easy-to-follow instructions on the fence, so you’ll have no trouble using the wash down.
