XL bullies are being added to the banned breeds list as of the new year. It's a complicated and divisive issue that I don't plan to discuss here but I thought these links may be useful for some of you.

As XL bully is a 'type' rather than a breed the government have issued guidelines. If you're concerned that your dog may fit into the type then all of the relevant information is here ⬇️

If your dog does fit the XL bully type then dogs trust is a great place to go for third party insurance. Their cover includes insurance for dogs on the banned breeds list and is only £25 per year. Link here ⬇️
