THE SHY BADGER

Badgers are nocturnal and very shy! This one was caught on camera at the Wildlife centre.

Badgers can be found across the UK, although the south of England is home to the largest number. They live in a network of burrows and tunnels, better known as a sett. Setts are generally found in woodland, with the badgers coming out at night to forage for food.

MATERIALS AND EXPERTISE: HELP NEEDED!

A fair bit of damage was caused by a fallen tree 🌳 at the centre last week. The tree caused a significant amount of damage to fencing and also animal enclosures. 🐴🐰🐇🐎 We need help to fix the damage. Are you able to help by donating fencing materials? Are you a fencing specialist who could help with repairs? Or do you know of someone that could help?

If you can help, contact us via Facebook Messenger. Thank-you in advance. ❤️
