We are now open and able to offer the following services and facilities at our exciting new establishment on the outskirts of North London. We are offering Full & Part Livery Services, with friendly experienced staff to care for your horse. We can cater for all types of

horses & ponies. As part of your livery package you will have full use of the facilities which will include:

* Lunging Pen
* 1.5 Mile All Weather Gallops (With An Up-Hill Climb)
* 1.5 Mile Grass Gallops
* Rideable Hacking Tracks Across 400 Acres Of Private Farm Land

* Our Beautiful Yard Has 27 Stables In A Courtyard With An Arched Entrance With a Clock Tower

📣ATTENTION PLEASE📣

APOLOGIES FOR THE LATE NOTICE.

We are still carrying out some maintenance on the gallops tomorrow after an event on the property this week.
The fields, and grass gallops parallel to the track (which start from the top of the lane where you park) are in lovely condition but the all weather track at the moment is not useable and will be receiving maintenance tomorrow.

If you come tomorrow you’re welcome to hack round the fields but the track will not be in use and you may encounter vehicles on the track itself.

Monday 25th September - Friday 29th September
If you just turn up you will be turned away sorry.

We will be open as usual from next weekend 8am-6pm onwards.

Please message to say what day and time you are coming to ensure we have access cleared for you.

🌳☀️Remember when you hire out our gallops that you also have access to our amazing on site, road free hacking!
Especially with the spring and summer months rolling in, it’s a great a chance to get some sunny hillwork (steady or fast) done to get nice and fit 💪🏻

🏇🏻🏇🏿Hi All 🏇🏻🏇🏿

Just a quick post to say due to the amount of wet weather we’ve been having please can we only have 1 horse box or trailer parked up on the hard standing by the gallops at a time, and avoid parking or driving on the grass up at the top.
It is deceptively soft up there and we’ve had to do a fair few rescue missions of late 💪🏻 (all successfully thankfully haha)

If there is already a vehicle parked up at the top please ask someone on arrival where is best to park, or park parallel alongside the stable block keeping the gateway and arena clear.

🌟LIVERY VACANCIES 🌟

We currently have 2 5day part livery stables available.
Please see below for what is included in our package.

We currently offer 5 day part livery: (For pricing please message)

Included in that is:

- Mucking out and basic daily care Mon-Fri (no grooming)

- Turn out Mon-Fri (weather permitting in small groups. Winter 4-5hours a day in Summer split between day and over night groups, no 24/7)

- Basic Feed included (chaff, cool mix, sugar beet)

- Ad-lib (within reason) Hay and straw included

- Free vet call outs from the RVC on Thursdays.

- Access to over 400 acres of private hacking-no roads- including 1.5mile all weather gallop track. As well as direct access to Trent park woods bridle tracks.

- Use of:
Outdoor floodlit 20X40 sand ménage
Lunge pen
Horse Walker

Saturday and Sunday are DIY with no turnout (yard owners stallions go out on the weekend, but the lunge pen can be used as a turnout pen whilst you are there) but all hay and straw is still included, and your horse will still be fed with the others to maintain routine and to avoid any stressing. Weekend cover can be arranged with 4 free cover days offered per annum, then further days at staffs availablity at an extra £15 a day.

📢📢 ATTENTION TO ALL GALLOPERS 📢📢

As of today to hire the gallops & hacking you must pay either cash on arrival BEFORE driving up to the gallops.
OR
Via bank transfer with your vehicle registration as the reference the day before/prior to arrival at the yard. (Please drop the yard page a message for bank details)

Regardless as to your payment method all vehicles must stop at the stable yard by the arena before heading up the lane to the gallops to ensure payments are processed.

It is still £10 per horse with no time constraints

Apologies in advance, but as of this evening our gallops and hacking hire will be closed until Saturday 12th March for some maintenance. If you have booked in a slot for this week please message us and we will happily rearrange it with you.

Please can you message this page to arrange bookings to allow us to keep up to date with who is on the premises.

Upon reopening on the 12th March, our opening hours for gallops and hacking hire will be 9am till dusk. To book just message the page saying what day and time you’d like to come.
