Pooch's Paddock

Pooch's Paddock Welcome to Pooch's Paddock, 2 acres of fenced off grassland in Belton, DN9. A safe, secure, stress free space that you and your dog friends can enjoy!

The field is available for private use for half hour or one hour sessions, 7 days a week. * The field is accessed from King Edward Street, Belton, DN9 1QN.
*From the mini roundabout (near chip shop) go approximately 500m down King Edward St and the road begins to bend to the right.
*Just before the bend there are 2 lane entrances on the left, the first takes you to the paddock (immediately next

to the bungalow with the conifer hedge - this is the entrance you need to go down). The second is Temple Gardens which is not the right one. (Lane entrance on what3words is dated.upsetting.costly).
*Drive up the lane and go past the first field, you will then see a stone entrance on the left where you need to pull in off the lane.
*Please park in a way to ensure you are able to leave the field safely, bearing in mind the next hirer may arrive and park whilst you are still there.
*Please do not block the lane.
*Please bear in mind this stone lane is a single lane. It has a passing point close to the road end and is only approximately 200m in length, therefore you can see clearly if there are any other vehicles to give way for.
*Walkers also use this lane, so please drive slowly and carefully for the enjoyment of all users.
* Sessions available to book are in half hour or one hour slots. Select BOOKING on the website to see options which are;
half an hour - up to 2 dogs = £4, up to 3 dogs = £6, up to 4 dogs = £8, up to 5 dogs = £10. one hour - up to 2 dogs = £8, up to 3 dogs = £11, up to 4 dogs = £14, up to 5 dogs = £17.

M181 CLOSURE THIS WEEKEND
If you are approaching from Scunthorpe, the M181 from Tesco to the M180 will be closed Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th. Therefore to get to Belton you have the following options;
Keadby Bridge then A18 towards Crowle
Keadby Bridge then via Althorpe, Derrythorpe, Beltoft
Forest Pines onto M180
Basically it is just the M181 section of the motorway that is closed. If you have a booking this weekend and would prefer to reschedule please let me know asap 😊

I can’t believe how warm it is this morning 😳🐾

Don’t think there’ll be many more days like this now - what a beautiful afternoon 🥰

Cooled down nicely now at the paddock, lovely sniffs it seems too 🐶

Whilst there was a break in doggies being at the paddock this afternoon, I took the opportunity to water the new trees in the adjacent wildlife area, it was really lovely this afternoon and surprisingly cooler with the breeze up there …. perfect 🤩

So many sniffs to enjoy this morning her nose hardly left the ground 🐶

Somebody has had fun tonight 🥰🐾
