โš ๏ธ Do you know the warning signs of Lungworm? โš ๏ธ
Lungworm is a risk to your dog all year round, but especially when it's been rainy and the slugs and snails are more prominent! ๐ŸŒ

Dogs can get infected by this parasitic worm by eating these insects or licking their slime trails. It might be what your dog deems a tasty treat, but it can be extremely dangerous and even become a chronic infection lasting many years.

If you suspect your dog has lungworm or is showing symptoms, call your vet immediately.

I will assess weather first thing tomorrow morning and if too severe please be advised walks may be cancelled. Hoping all walks still go ahead tomorrow but I will be in touch with all clients if walks do need to be cancelled.

At the moment the plan of action for tomorrow is to start earlier and pull all walks forwards and possibly cut them shorter to be on the safe side!

We have officially welcomed our second beautiful little baby girl into the world. Ariyah was born on the 19th of December 2024 at 12:00pm weighing in at 7lbs 6oz!๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿฝโ™ฅ๏ธ Chloe and baby are both doing well!๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿฝ

Please note that walkies will now resume on Monday, 13th of January 2025 as normal! I do apologise again for the cancellation of walks for the remainder of this week!๐Ÿถ๐Ÿพ

We both canโ€™t thank you all enough for your support and patience with us on our journey as a new family of 4 (7 if you count the spots, we must be mad!๐Ÿคช). We are definitely looking forward to plenty of quality family time at home soon with our girls!โ™ฅ๏ธ

Please do not hesitate to get into contact if anyone thinks they are going to struggle with dog walks whilst we are on holiday. We will always try to help where possible as we donโ€™t want anyone stuck!๐Ÿ˜Œ

We're craving our Christmas dinner already, but which foods can you share with your dog? ๐Ÿ—
Turns out, quite a lot! Do you treat your dog at Christmas? If so, just be confident that you're giving them safe snacks.

You can share โœ…
Plain turkey and sausages, veggies like carrots, peas, parsnips and sweet potatoes.

Be sure to avoid โŒ
Sweet treats with dried fruits like raisins such as Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies and Stollen. Steer clear of onions, blue cheese and stuffing - and of course, chocolate!

๐Ÿพโค๏ธWe were sent this heartwarming video of Rufus and we just had to share with you all!โค๏ธ๐Ÿพ In this video Rufus had just come back from his usual morning walk with Mark and Rufus did not want Mark to leave!๐Ÿฅบ He runs up and down the fence line crying and even tries to dig himself under the fence to catch Mark before he leaves! His owner has also advised he spends all day looking out the window for Markโ€™s white van!๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿพ Rufus is one of our newest doggies and we are absolutely chuffed with how well he has settled in!โค๏ธ The reactions we get from our doggies is so rewarding and makes this job all the worth while!๐Ÿฅบโค๏ธ๐Ÿพ *We have had permission from owner to post this video!*
