There’s no greater feeling than helping those in need. Since I’ve rescued these two, I’ve often wondered what would’ve happened to them if I hadn’t have got there first! Together we can all make such a impactful difference by doing something, even if it’s just a little bit. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Well, 2024 has been another year of adventure for us at Hounds of Harvington! Full of fun, mischief, tears and joy!
We’ve spread more love around the UK and beyond to the many happy families who have become part of our family. Every single one of you are loved and appreciated by us for giving our precious pups wonderful homes and memories ❤️
We would like to say a massive thank you for following our adventures and offering support in times of difficulties.
We are always here as a listening ear if you need anything - it’s not just puppy love we provide here. It’s warmth and kindness too as we all need more of that don’t we ❤️

Pilates, Puppies & Prosecco!

Saturday 16th November, 1pm- 2pm

We are back for another lovely, relaxing session! The pups loved it last time with lots of space to play and rest, whilst you enjoy the Pilates class!

£20 per person, bookable via our website or the app! Places limited and we expect they will go quickly!

This session will be 1 hour and our fluffy friends are stretching and getting ready for their class! All equipment provided so just bring yourself!

What a wonderful time we are had yesterday! The pups LOVED all those cuddles and playtime! Mabel was in her element too!
Laura was fantastic and created a wonderful, calming and fun environment of wellness for us all. Definitely will be doing this again as part of our socialisation program.
At Hounds of Harvington we are committed to ensuring our pups are well socialised and happy. After all, a better start in life creates the blueprint for a healthier, well balanced temperament.

When welcoming a new addition to your family, it’s important to make sure you get it right from the very start. Prevention, they say, is better than cure and this is so apt when you are buying a puppy from the right breeder.
All puppies are cute, that is FACT. And no one is more upset than we are at Hounds of Harvington, by the ruthless breeding of animals by those who scrupulously breed only for money for their flashy lifestyles. But this is the world we live in so we have to make the best of things. To help counteract this problem good breeding procedures and guidelines must be followed. We adhere to all of those guidelines when ensuring our girls produce healthy happy pups that go on to complete our happy doggie families.
Let us educate one another so that we can put an end to puppy farming and the misery that they inflict on their girls. The only way we can do this is not buying off them and not falling into the temptation of getting a ‘cheap’ puppy. You pay for what you get.
And yes, I see the other side of rescuing these poor puppies out of these terrible conditions but all you are doing is encouraging these awful people to keep breeding.
Please support us breeders that go to lengths to ensure we are producing the best for our nation of dog lovers ❤️

We have this gorgeous litters of Cockapoos ready to leave in two weeks 😍
They have the most beautiful temperament. They are really calm and loving 🥰
Their father is a Russian show cocker spaniel and Mum is our beautiful poodle, Nellie ❤️
Both parents have extremely calm and loving temperaments.
The pups are raised in a very calm environment with access to lots of toys to stimulate their cognitive development. These are really intelligent pups and will be easy to train.

Yesterday was a sad day for us as a family. Our lovely matriarch Molly had to be put to sleep after being diagnosed with terminal cancer and dementia. Unfortunately it got to the stage where even on walks she was distressed because she couldn’t find her bearing- anyone who knew Molly knows how sad this was to watch because she LOVED her walks.
Molly was a funny, mischievous and a loving momma to all her pups. Everyone who met Molly wanted one of her babies not only because of her beauty but also her cheeky little personality. She was nearly 12 years old 💔
Unfortunately yesterday came for the difficult decision that every dog owner has to make in the end, which is to ensure our dogs have a dignified and peaceful passing.
It doesn’t matter how many dogs you have, you feel the hole they leave but we find comfort in the fact that all our dogs are given the best life ever. Some dogs aren’t so lucky and spend their entire life in a loveless kennel.
Cherish the moments you have with your pooches and remember, the memories you build with them are priceless to them and remind yourself that they lived a happy life when you go through the guilt and sadness when it’s their time to sleep forever ❤️❤️

If anyone is after a beautiful cocker stud then Charlie is your man!
He is a Russian Show Cocker with exceptional genetic lines.
His coat is incredibly thick and luxurious and he has passed it onto so many of our own pups! We’re hoping to have many more this year so keep an eye out!
