Another behind the scenes…..

We’ve been very busy with a few young horses backing and riding them away…

Here’s the lovely Archie..

Just a few snippets - he’s coming along really well, we’ve had to take it at his pace and allow him to process the how experience in his time, I think that’s a very important thing to be able to judge - all horses cope with things at different rates and you must be able to read how they are handling things!

He’s been such a brave boy and had his first solo canter this week which was a big step for him and he really got to grips with it x

Who remembers the lovely Bert 😍

We’ve had the pleasure of having him stay with us whilst his lovely little jockey Darcey is away on holiday xx

Darcey has done a fantastic job of riding and producing Bert to be a super allround PC coblet 😍 she’s literally done everything with him from dressage to hunting!

You don’t get many ponies that are so versatile and we are proud to say we matched him correctly to his currently lovely home - Corrina and Darcey xx

So glad you trusted us corrina to look after Bert - we’ve loved seeing how much he’s come on and getting the chance to fine tune a few things up to help Darcey carry on flying high with him ❤️

Here are a few pictures to show what a scopey little chap Bert is and to show how versatile Ellie is as a rider…… she’s 5’2 and Bert is 12.2 - they look pretty good together don’t u think 🥰

Who remembers this cute little chap 😍

We’ve had some lovely update pictures sent to us of Olaf and his very cute little jockey Elizabeth at their first proper show together - they did absolutely fantastic coming 1st in a very big best turned out class ⭐️❤️

Well done 👏🏆

Wow!!!! Another amazing result from a past pony that Ellie has had a hand in producing 😍 In fact Sammy was the reason why we fell in love with the connemara breed in the first place ❤️

Everyone is really on a roll this year and it makes us really proud to hear how well you are all doing on ponies and horses that we have had the pleasure in starting 😍

We really do love them all and miss them dearly….

Sammys owner Saskia is doing such a fantastic job with him and it is really showing with their recent performance at the Cotswold cup ODE at Moreton Russell where they came an amazing 4th place finishing on their dressage score !!! - we are extremely proud of you and Sammy for such a foot perfect performance ⭐️

Wouldn’t it be amazing if all our past ponies and horses Qualified for the Championships!!!! 🥂🍾

If they do all qualify I think we need to request stabling and lorry parking next to each other - plus have our own team marquee for evening celebratory drinks!! That really would be some achievement!!!

Sammy really fell on his feet when he found such an amazing, loving home that he’s got with Anna and Sassy ❤️

We have become very good friends and we even get to have Sammy back occasionally for holiday/schooling livery ❤️ it’s a Win Win in my eyes xx

I’ve inc a couple of pictures of Sammy when he first came to us as a raw just broken 3yr up to when Ellie evented him and qualified him for the connemara eventing champs where he finished a fantastic 2nd 🏆 - I do love seeing how these ponies transform and change so much 😍

He’s another very talented pony with a heart of gold and we are very proud to say he was once one of ours 💛

Keep up the good work Saskia - see you at the Championships hopefully 🤞

Another pony of the past 🥰

This time it’s the lovely May ❤️

Wow! Look how amazing she’s going!!!Chloe is really doing such a good job with her!!! Well done Chloe ⭐️

She was Toms first 13.2 before we got the lovely Dorris - she can from Lucy Millward - look at how well she’s doing Lucy ⭐️

We love keeping in touch and seeing how well these ponies do in their new homes xx

We sold May to our now good friends Victoria and Mia Pearson when Tom had sadly out grown her - when Mia out grew her Vic then sold her to Olivia Stafford for her daughter Chloe x
We’ve followed Mays journey the whole way and we couldn’t be more pleased with the lovely homes she has had and is currently in ❤️

She helped make Tom the rider he is today and it looks like she’s doing the same for others several years on ❤️

Well done May - you’re a super star pony ⭐️

Who remembers the gorgeous Bear 🐻 🥰
We were so pleased to get the chance to see Bear and her lovely new owners Kyra and Katherine Stokes at the weekend competing at Crown farm Cotswold cup ODE ❤️

She looked amazing and was her usual gentle loving self - Kyra is doing a fantastic job with her….
It was also so lovely to hear how much they love Bear and Kyra’s mom said she’s help so much to boost Kyra’s confidence - if Kyra has a confidence wobble, Bear just says ‘don’t worry I’ve got this!’, hard to believe Bear is a rising 6yr isn’t it xx If I say they are a sensible young horse I’m not lying - Bear was always more level headed and easier than most much older horses!! 😍

To top the weekend off and just to prove what a fantastic partnership they are becoming they came an amazing 6th place in their section ❤️

We managed to stay and watch their super clear round showjumping but unfortunately due to us competing earlier in the day we need to get our two boys back home so couldn’t stay to watch their XC round but we knew they’d do a brilliant job and we weren’t wrong!!! So proud of you Kyra - your doing so well ###

Hopefully we’ll see you again soon ❤️

It breaks Ellie’s heart every time we have to say fair well to ponies we produce but when you get a comment like this on a post about one of our current boys who is available it makes it all worth while ❤️ Thanku Jenna x

Ellie loves producing the ponies and she’s gets a lot of satisfaction seeing them going onto do so well and make their new owners so happy!

That’s why we do it, yes it’s hard, yes we cry but it’s very rewarding too!

We love every single one that we are lucky enough to own !

Ponies leave us knowing no wrong and they all have fantastic futures ahead of them! We love seeing them doing so well and putting smiles on their new riders faces 🥰

Archie and Lilia are testament to that and they are becoming a fantastic team together!

We do miss him dearly but look at Lilia’s smile think it says it all 💕
