Who wants a real life Unicorn pony 🦄???

Tilly is proving to be a very sweet pony 😍

We think she’d make a top class leadrein pony - she moves beautifully and is straight and correct - not a lump or bump in sight. She’s extremely pretty and carries herself very well ❤️

She can be ridden off the leadrein but we feel more suited to an older jockey not for a tiny tot:
Although you will see she has been ridden by tiny ones off the leadrein she’s not a dead dope, so not suited to a nervous jockey! Just being honest!
If your looking for something that doesn’t move a muscle then she’s not the one for you.

She can be groomed by little ones but adult supervision would be advisable just to hold her so she doesn’t bump into them.

She’s not overly keen on her ears being touch but an adult can tack her up with no issues and we’ve had no issues…… we can film this also if required.

I really do think this pony would win a lot in the show ring! 🏆 She’s simply stunning ⭐️

Did a lot of stuff in her previous home PC, Dressage, XC,Sj, Hacking, cantering in open spaces but this was with an older child - current owners daughter is 5yr and she’s had Tilly since she was 3yr see vids 👀

Good to clip (twitch for head)

Good to load, lorry or trailer

Good with the farrier, no vices or health issues.

Fantastic PC pony with very good references

3 Camps under his belt and plenty of rallies.

PC showjumping team at 80, eventing team at 90 and Novice dressage….

Very good hunting pony, great with hounds - hunted with the worcesters, croome and west warks and has also been with the bloodhounds.

Owned by the same family since a 4yr and sadly he’s now out grown….

Hacks out alone or in company.

He’s lovely on the ground, not pushy, polite and easy to handle, no vices.

Moves straight and correct.

No known health issues, upto date with vaccinations and teeth.

Good to clip, load and farrier.

Would suit an active PC or hunting home.

He’s a lovely pony nicely schooled and goes politely off the leg.

Honey has spent most of her life in Ireland and has bred two stunning foals as well as compete with a 12yr girl upto 90 SJI and schooled at home 1m-1.10..

With the right jockey she would go far, equally she would give someone loads of fun doing PC…

⭐️HONEY⭐️

Hacking alone today 🎥

Today we took Honey for her first hack down our lane with us and onto our busy road…

She was such a good girl especially being it was a very windy day 🥴🍃🌬️ and we did chuck her in the deep end a bit!

It’s quite daunting to go off on their own down a road that’s unfamiliar to them so we were very pleased with her, she did have a stop and look at the drains which were making a noise from all the rain we’d had earlier but once reassured she carried on…

Whilst out she met quite a few cars, vans and I did manage to get on video her meeting two very large artic lorries! - she was so good and didn’t turn a hair at them 😍

In the one video you might notice a car pulling up with their hazard lights on and Ellie rides towards the car! The lady driving this car is in fact an elderly lady that we know from our village who loves nothing better than to say hello to our horses and give them a polo! I must admit Ellie was very suprised that she stopped and put her window down to offer Honey a polo 😍 Honey bless her took the polo very graciously and then happily carried on with her hack !

12.2 Welsh A mare

What a stunning lead rein pony Tilly would make and I’m sure she’d win loads!! She is simply stunning and floats along the ground 😍

No lumps or bumps, is straight and correct….

We had our first little ride on her yesterday and she was foot perfect!
We even took her up our field to pop our make shift XC jumps and she wasn’t fazed at all ❤️

I think she’d teach a little one lots on the lead rein but would probably suit an older child off the leadrein.

She did a lot of PC stuff and rallies with her previous home where the child was a tall 8yr old before moving onto a bigger pony.

She’s good in open spaces and doesn’t get silly, she’s snaffle mouthed and isn’t strong at all.

She’s nicely schooled and happily jumps a small course of jumps…

We’ve been told she’s excellent on the road which we will be testing over the next few days and take videos so keep your 👀peeled …….

She’s been an angle in the stable and very polite, moving out your way whilst you muck out.

She’s fine to be groomed but doesn’t like her ears touched so might walk away if she thinks your going to mess with her head - she happily has her bridle and headcollar put on but a little child fumbling might have more difficulty….

We will update her information as we do more with her …

Honey has settled really well at our yard and she’s proving to have a very sweet temperament.

Here are a few pictures of her having a little jump in our school, she’s a forward ride but not strong an silly - what we’d class as a competiton pony not a lazy plod x She’s always ridden in snaffle and easily pulls up.

Sired by Maecons Boy out of a Robe Thunder Dun mare .
NN hwsd

Competed up to 90cm with a 12yr in Ireland SJI points.

Schools around 1m and 110 with ease.

Has done XC and lots of PC with current owners.

Forward off the leg but snaffle mouthed at all times, good in open spaces, On the ground, to catch, trim, and load. Bit tickly for clipping but current owners have clipped her twice now and so long as your patient they have done her fine, little clippers are best for her head.

Really good to hack out.

Not for a novice kid due to being a forward competition type pony - Class pony that could go far with the right rider.

⭐️Lacey⭐️ 15yr cob mare

Who remembers Lacey 🥰 we have had Lacey into sell before and she was sold within a week to a lovely family and she’s been great for their little girl but unfortunately they are finding her a bit too much for their daughter to handle by herself…. Their set up is that Lacey has to get tied up where she’s on her own and can’t see other horses so she has become fidgety and looking for her friends… For this reason we will be looking for a home where she can be handled by an experienced adult alongside a child and in a bigger yard maybe where she can see other horses - this is how our set up is and she’s really settled and happy so hopefully we can find her a home that can offer her the same…

Anyway - she really is one not to be missed!

This little cob can jump!!!! 😳 She’s always been in novice homes so never tested to her full, it would be lovely if a gutsy kid had her that wanted to go out, have some fun and come back with lots of rosettes! My son would have loved her when he was younger!

She’s very genuine and honest, just steer, kick and she jumps anything - planks, water trays, fillers etc…. She even jumped our arrowhead filler with no hesitation - She’s careful too! Video attached of her happily jumping an 80cm course 🎥

She’s fantastic on the road - alone or in company - watch the videos they speak for themselves 🎥

She’d make a great games pony or Polocrosse pony because not a lot bothers her!!

I can also see her being a great hunting pony ❤️

She’s forward but safe, doesn’t mind a wobberly child but please only experienced family’s to message me for her!

She apparently was also a bit cheeky about loading but honestly she hasn’t been an issue for us, she went to pull away a couple of times when we went to load her on our lorry but if you just hold her and stop her from turning round she then goes straight on…. Watch her loading video attached 🎥 when I say it took me no more than 5 minutes I’m not joking - she even ended up by loading herself ❤️

So I’m clear on how to handle her from the ground: She needs someone to be firm but kind, she responds well to clear guidance and softness too. She’s actually very easy to handle if your what I call a horse person, all she does is try and pull you to where she’d like to go if occasionally she thinks your going to do something horrible to her. Look at the loading videos once she knows it’s ok she’s an angel.

No vices or health issues.

We love getting updates on past ponys and here’s a lovely one about Cherry…

Her knew owners are so pleased with her and she has just come 4th in their first pairs games competition - they said she’s doing really well and taking to it all like a duck to water ❤️

Hoping for more updates as they progress on their Games journey….

So happy for Cherry to have found such a perfectly matched home 🥰

15.2 Irish cob 5yr gelding

Lovely correct horse with 3 very straight and correct paces.

No lumps or bumps

No vices

Please note he is being sold as a project due to being young and taking a bit longer than others in the whole backing and riding away process.

He is riding away, walk trot and canter and also jumping confidently around a course but he needs more time and being done regularly which we are struggling to do due to other horses in.

He has come back in after a winter break and is riding away very well but he can be nervous of new people for this reason only experienced homes to apply for him.

There are no nasties in him he just needs time and to trust! Once he does he’ll be a 5 fig horse.

We have XC schooled him and taken him to arena hire SJ before his winter break, he’s proven to be very bold and jumped everything asked of him.

Hacking - he’s met all sorts of traffic and hasn’t been fazed. Happily hacks in front or behind.

At the moment he will need someone who knows their stuff about producing young horses, he’s a gentle soul and needs a gentle loving home.

Currently barefoot and clipped out.

He’s a smart horse with a bright future.

⭐️Rupert - Hacking⭐️

We took Rupert on a hack around the block today with another horse and he was such a good boy meeting loads of different things - buses, vans, motorbikes, prams, impatient people blasting their horns at other cars 🙄 just to name but a few things!

We then tested to see what he’d do if the other horse hacked home and left him - he was a bit fidgety but then once he realised he was going off again on his own he was great and didn’t even call for his friend that had left him x I’ll be honest I’m not sure many horses would tolerate hacking out with a buddy and then being expected to go off again all on their own whilst their mate got to head back home! Such a good boy ⭐️

Flat work and Jumping vids

We took Rupert to Onley for arena hire, a place that he’s never been and he was foot perfect, not spooky or silly and super polite to ride - Both Ellie and Tom rode him to try and show people how he rides for different types of rider…

First up was Ellie she is 5’2 and about 8st - Rupert was polite and very adjustable for her (all in a snaffle to) she found him very easy to ride, she schooled him and jumped him around a course of about BN/Discovery height. We put him straight round a full course just as tho he was at a competition and he didn’t look at a thing, we even jumped over the water trays.

Tom is 5’12 and about 11st - Tom is more used to jumping the bigger tracks so we decided to put the fences up to around Newcomers height with the last oxer at approx Foxhunter height (120) Rupert didn’t mind the change of rider and again adjusted to a different jockey really well. He’s bold and brave and has scope for more in the tank!

He really is a good contestant for Bronze league, second rounds or NSEA.

He’d also be really good for combined training BD, arena eventing or even carry on eventing this season.

He really is a stunning horse and gives you a really good confident feel over and to a fence…..

16.3 Gelding rising 8yrs stunning BE, BS, Riding club horse.

Perfect amateurs horse, bronze league, or riding club horse, very bold and brave and super adjustable to a fence for a horse of his size.

We have fallen in love with this horse, he’s so genuine and if we had less ourselves we’d buy him for this seasons eventing or even take him showjumping because he currently has low BS points (he’s been produced mainly with eventing in mind by current owners) - he is a very good prospect for second rounds - he’s jumped newcomers easily so would qualify most levels with no fuss!

He will be someone’s forever horse and he’s so much fun, my daughter who is 5’2 found him very easy to ride and easy to adjust to a fence! He’s not thick headed or rude and doesn’t get spooky and silly… You do need to have a good level of riding experience to see him shine, he tries hard to please and is a real quality horse!

He’s competed upto Novice level eventing and as I said Newcomers BS.

He is well schooled with well established paces, goes in a natural outline and is snaffle mouthed.

If you want to have fun and be competitive on the BS circuit you’d be mad not to give him a look!

Happy for someone to buy him for us to produce with this in mind too 😉

We will be adding more videos as we get him out and about but here’s a few sneaky ones to give you a taste of what a beautiful horse he is 😍. sensibly priced for such a quality horse!
