I have now changed the loyalty cards over the the ‘squid’ app

People tend to struggle to remember the paper cards so I won’t be doing these anymore as i have to log who needs extra stamps etc

If your part of the loyalty scheme please download ‘squid’ and when you next come in you can redeem stamps by just tapping the correct colour cork which will then log on an online loyalty card.

I have added extra loyalty cards to this which are;

- Collect 4 stamps and 25% off your next bath
- Collect 4 stamps and get £10 off your next full groom
- Collect 5 stamps and get the next nail clip for 3

You can use all of these at the same time so for customers that use both full groom and nail clips can have both loyalty cards

Obviously if you have cards with stamps I can change these over to the app for you

I will also be able to update the app with offers etc throughout the year

Cancellation policy:

If needing to cancel please give it 48hrs notice or 50% of the service will be changed, for a no show appointment 100% will be charged. If you need to cancel you can reply ‘n’ to the text back service or please call/text on 07500213304, please do not text the automated system I will not receive this and you will still be charged. It’s always better to make sure you’ve had confirmation from me the booking has been cancelled.

When booking new customers will now need to pay a £10 deposit which is non refundable in less than 48hrs cancellation/no show. After this no deposit is taken for future appointments but your card details are stored for my protection on no shows.

Please can you make sure you pay on the day via card, bank transfer or cash. The online booking does not take payments before you groom you do need to pay for the service on the day, this is because I do have to process payments on the day as your prices may fluctuate (e.g if you have your loyalty card full & need discount added)
