Cancellation policy:

If needing to cancel please give it 48hrs notice or 50% of the service will be changed, for a no show appointment 100% will be charged. If you need to cancel you can reply ‘n’ to the text back service or please call/text on 07500213304, please do not text the automated system I will not receive this and you will still be charged. It’s always better to make sure you’ve had confirmation from me the booking has been cancelled.

When booking new customers will now need to pay a £10 deposit which is non refundable in less than 48hrs cancellation/no show. After this no deposit is taken for future appointments but your card details are stored for my protection on no shows.

Please can you make sure you pay on the day via card, bank transfer or cash. The online booking does not take payments before you groom you do need to pay for the service on the day, this is because I do have to process payments on the day as your prices may fluctuate (e.g if you have your loyalty card full & need discount added)

I’m back from holiday ☀️

So just a few things; please please if you need to cancel contact me and don’t just not show up, unfortunately when people book through me or on the phone I can’t take card details and this is when people arnt turning up. Where possible please book through the link it’s just easier for you to see dates/times available. And also please ensure and add as many contact details as possible for your dogs appointment so I can contact you if needed.

What a sad weekend we have had 😢 Unfortunately we lost my weekly wash, Caesar ❤️ He was one of the most funniest characteristic dogs I have ever met and never failed to make both me & mum laugh every Saturday He will be truely missed by everyone that knew him & im sure he will be eating every biscuit he can possibly find up there 🌈 Thank you to C’s parents for letting me say goodbye on Saturday and for being extremely loyal customers for years ❤️ Excuse my squeaky Caesar voice 🤣

Bank holiday weekend we are closed so will be back Tuesday as usual, You can still use the online booking system to book and calls will be returned when I’m back. Have fun 🤩

All my customers are absolutely amazing, I cannot thank you all for all my presents and tips (some didn’t make the picture as I may have eaten them)🙄😋 Thank you to every single customer that has come through my door you are all what helps my business grow & I couldn’t be prouder Still 1 work day to go before Christmas but I hope you all have a amazing Christmas & new year & obviously I can’t wait to see all your dogs again probably when I’ve had a fair few hangovers and massively fat from all my presents 🥰 I really do have the best customers 🥰🥰
