Not much left over from the Camping & Caravanning with Greyhounds & Sighthounds (CACWGAS) this weekend but it would appear there were not many Disney fans 🥲. So....

Worcestershire Trading Standards visited today for our hygiene assessment and were very happy with our barkery. I'm so pleased that all the procedures put into place are of an acceptable standard, from cleanliness, storage and record keeping.

Nothing to see here! No I honestly haven’t been on mum's Christmas Sherry and had to sleep it off...There are other reasons why I’m carrying my blanket and my back legs are doing their own thing… honest! 😳🥰

It's Sunday and what a week!😅 I hope you all are having a great weekend and remember to keep your doggos safe from those nasty fireworks 💥 💥 Walks with Francesca Dogs Top Tips💥 🟢 Den - build a den for your dog to hide in with blankets to muffle the noise 🟢 Cutains - keep all curtains and blinds shut 🟢 Noise - have plenty of background noise using the TV or radio. Classic FM have a special show just for dogs https://www.classicfm.com/radio/shows-presenters/pet-classics/ 🟢 Tools - Remember to use these if you already have them in the house - plug in calming adapter (only effective if used frequently, running up to the event) and Thunder Jackets 🟢 Calm - Stay calm yourself - dogs are very sensitive and can pick up on your emotions. If you are stressed your dog will pick up on this and will believe there is something to worry about. Carry on with your usual routine. 🟢 Walks - keep these to daytime only - even at dusk fireworks may start going off. 🟢 Displays - Familiarise yourself with when these will be taking place, not all will be on the 5th and you do not want to be caught out. There may even be more during the week and next weekend so be prepared! 🟢 ID - Make sure your pets ID is up to date. This is for collars and microchips. If anything does go wrong, your pets ID is the tool that you need to get them back. Best to keep your dog on the lead during fireworks season to be super safe 😊 (Video of Fred🥰)
