With Covid restrictions starting to ease I’m now able to restart fitness sessions.
Offering 1-2-1s or small groups outside.
(Indoor small group classes will restart as soon as allowed.)

Sessions are individually tailored to each dogs current fitness, body awareness and training level.
Exercise plans tailored for your dogs sport/activities be that agility, harness sports, obedience or just getting your pet dog fitter and more body aware.

Cross training is proven in human sports to help prevent injuries, increase strength, speed, flexibility, proprioception equalling an over all improved performance so nows your chance to give your canine athlete the same benefits. 🐾💪🏆
