We are a small, family run business with a relaxed and friendly but professional atmosphere. Full, part, DIY and holiday liveries are available for horses and ponies and other services offered include re-schooling, backing, breaking to harness, sale preparation and AI management. Whilst not a riding school we can of course also offer tuition on your horse with Ellie Wass, both in flatwork or jumpi

ng and either here at UPEC or your own yard. Ellie can even take you XC schooling and with her vast experience in not only eventing but in Team Chasing too, you'd be hard pressed not to come away feeling full of confidence! Team Leach all going home with rosettes from Saturdays dressage and will be heading to Tuckers Country Stores, Crediton to spend their vouchers.

Todays results. Once again we were so lucky with the weather. We had some first timers and it’s just fantastic watching the improvement in those of you who’ve been here before. We’re hoping to carry on running over the winter and also some clear round jumping so watch this space

Entries are filling up fast. We’ve only 4 slots left in the Intro A which can be on the lead rein, spaces in the other classes.
If you’re worried about remembering your test we’re happy to call it.

After the success of our last competition we’ve finally got some dates for your diaries Saturday 14th September and Saturday 12th October.

What a fantastic day we had yesterday and you were all so generous with your donations for the rather large cake selection. We raised a whopping £125 for the air ambulance which UPEC will round up to £150.
The judge commented after as to what a high standard of horses there were.

Perfect start to a beautiful day

SHARER WANTED I’m looking for a sharer for Daisy I’ve owned Daisy since the 4th July 2021 but due to work commitments I’m struggling with time to give Daisy what she needs She is now 16 years old, 15.1hh Hackney Mare With her previous owners she was typically driven. Since I’ve had her we’ve done mostly hacking. Daisy is very green but has a super sweet temperament and is very willing. She’s done very little schooling and is forward going so for this reason needs a competent rider. I would be looking for someone who would be willing to do 3 days a week. To be kept @ UPEC where there’s plenty of lovely people to hack out with, a huge school with full set of jumps plus a set in the field. Contact Ruby 07591 541439 (owner) for more details

King James giving BS a go………wish we’d done this a long time ago. Won back our entry fees, covered our diesel and a photo for the highest placed local rider.

Here at UPEC we are trotting into the weekend like KitKat 🤩🥳😂 She is probably the hardest working member of the team as she will not take a day off from her very important pest control role. 🤪 I have NEVER seen a live rodent on this yard thanks to this wonderful ball of fluff (although have been presented with a few examples of her handiwork 😬) Her trotting pole form could probably be improved, but she does love to come and see what’s going on in the school and around the yard. Loves her 😻😻
