Busy end of last week/weekend with a trip to Addington Manor Equestrian Centre for the winter National Champs with Georgina Tully and her own Porky (Coblegro)

Their first ever championship gaining a top 10 placing. Super proud!!!

Romeo has only recently been brought into ridden work, mainly for his brain (stallion) he’s currently only working in the school 2 days a week for a short period of time and then hacking a few days a week to help him get stronger.

A busy March for the Team here a Glebe Farm, even with this awful weather we have all been enduring.

Some outings for the young ones with Sammie Gualtieri Dressage and her clients. Some newbies joining us ready to start their ridden careers.

Over the next 2 months I will be having some space at my own base Glebe Farm Equestrian, due to some of our current rehab and schooling liveries going home to their owners😊

If you’re looking for somewhere to send your horse for backing, schooling or competition livery then please get in touch.

We have a great team with a wealth of knowledge to further your horses education as well as their riders. Sammie has worked for some top class trainers/yards, and she has a fantastic, sympathetic approach for quirky, sharp horse in particular. While still catering for all levels, types and needs.

I wanted to share a video that has just been sent over to me from a client.
When you receive messages like this it really makes you realise how lucky we are to do what we do with these amazing animals❤️
Daisy came to me with Louis in November with the view to do some dressage over the winter before the show season begins, Louis is her gorgeous pony who she aims to contend Royal International & HOYS qualifiers with this year. He’s a total workaholic but can get a little tense and worried in his work, so we have just focused on teaching him that going from 2 legs in to 2 reins is OK and a nice place to be. Daisy has worked really hard and I think the results speak for themself. Proud trainer, you guys rock❤️

Meet our latest guest😍

4yo Connemara Squirrel 🐿️ who has come to Sammie for some training. He’s settled in really well and today had his first session. He was super and tried really hard, after realising the horse in the mirror was not an imaginary friend😊

Here are some of Sammie’s older clients😉
Of course we are referring to the wonderful 18yo Gem (coloured) and the 21yo womad (bay). I think everyone can agree they don’t look a day over 10😊

As of course their rider do not look a day over 18, even if they may feel it at the end of their sessions😂

Both horses now working Elementary and training some Medium movements. Both these lovely riders were worried that they wouldn’t be able to do the job because of their age and with their hard work and determination on keeping the supple and strong with the right work, they are now smashing it 👊🏼
