I would like to wish everyone a  with the new vaccine being given out to our elderly, vunerable, health staff and every one else as it becomes available let's continue to find time to take walks and have fun outside if you are able, we can hopefully look forward to a beautiful spring and summer.

So today begins a new journey, Covid Swab this morning, ( i was a brave soldier), quarantine until Monday when i have my operation, Spinal Chord Stimulator, the pain in my right hand side i hope will be less and less as the weeks go by, i also hope that i will be able to walk and exercise more which in turn will help to get me a more healthier lifestyle with less pain. Fingers crossed it works, Cup Half Full not Half Empty. Will keep you updated..i will be out of action for about 8 weeks, but please let me know if i can help you around December time..xx

Hi everybody, while out walking this morning I met a lovely couple who have taken on a lovely rescue poodle, they are looking for dog training classes or socialisation classes in or around the Ottery St Mary area please. They are going to phone me tonight to see if I can find anyone. They are not on the Internet. Thank you in advance

Well everyone, I'm off for a week for a well earned rest. Thank you to everyone who has helped me over the last few months getting my Enabling services out there. I have now got some wonderful clients who I help in various ways. I have also been asked if I would dog walk as well, well yes I would, I am already doing this with two lovely clients and having a great time with them, (and even,lost some weight). I even have a couple that have asked me to look after their dogs while they go on holiday, this I would love to do as well, i am going on a doggy first aid training course soon so you can be confident I can deal with most things if the occasion arises.

I can also help with most things around the house or even take you out and about, i also have a number of new friends I have met over the past 7 months who do personal care if needed and i would be happy to put you in touch with them as well.

Would all of my family and friends please post this for me and I will be happy to contact you on my return.

Hello lovelies, my name is Angela and I am delighted to announce that I have launched Angela's Enabling Services.

I am based in Alphington, Exeter and having spent many years helping young and elderly friends and family, I would like to use my experience to help others in the same situation.

I am able to support you with trips out to the shop, visits to the Health centre for appointments, a drive out into the beautiful Devon countryside or to the beach, offering companionship to people who have been bereaved, or are lonely and fancy a chat.

I can come to your home and sit and listen, or make you a cup of tea, a dust around, or make your bed.

As life gets busier family members can feel very isolated whilst their own family are in other parts of the country or just busy with their own lives. People are feeling more and more cut off and lonely, so I hope that I will be able to fill that gap, take away some of their loneliness, and help make people's lives that little bit richer and fulfilled.
