As well as offering a wonderful boarding experience for dogs we also have great facilities and a team that loves looking after cats. The cattery at Burnside gives cats staying with us a safe homely environment and an ever changing entertaining view watching the local wildlife.

A huge part of being trusted to look after so many wonderful family pets each week is the wonderful team that we have at Burnside led by Kerry. The team spends time with the dogs and cats, getting to know them to ensure they relax and enjoy their holiday as much as possible. This involves treats, tummy rubs and cuddles, as appropriate.

Today on International Dog Day we celebrate some of the dogs who have stayed with us in the past couple of weeks and who have had a great time even though the weather has been very wet at times 🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️

Lots of fun times in the last couple of weeks for the dogs staying with us. Some choose to run, some play with toys and some just enjoy lots of sniffing in our wonderful secure paddocks❤️🐾

In the past couple of weeks our guests have ranged from tiny to giant but they all enjoy their time with us and get to enjoy the lovely facilities we have at Burnside 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

The cattery at Burnside is now open and we have already had several guests to stay with us. It can accommodate individual cats in comfort, as well as multi cat families, as the space is flexible, allowing cats to relax in their preferred space including a windowsill from which they can watch the local wildlife.

We’ve been blessed with good weather in the past week and the dogs staying with us have made the most of that and have been having fun in the secure paddocks with really sniffy walks in the woods as well as some very fun runs with no leads needed 🐾🐾🐾🌲
