HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY to Nessie the Cavapoo 💕🎉🎂 It was so lovely to meet this wee cutie when we were down cleaning the dog wash tonight. It was her first time and mum and dad were pleased they wouldn't need to be cleaning their beautiful roll top bath afterwards 🤭🙌💦🐶 Hopefully you can all put your feet up and enjoy some birthday cuddles instead 🐾🐾

***ANNOUNCEMENT***
So we know lots of you guys regularly 'top up' your run-time in our dog wash. That could be because of your dog's coat type, size or just how dirty they are 🙈🤣 Or maybe you are washing more than one dog at the same time 🐕🐕 Anyway, because of this, we have decided to introduce a few different cycle/cost options. You can now choose from the following, which hopefully, may be more cost effective for you.

£8 for 10mins
£12 for 15mins
£16 for 22mins

To get the options to display, you need to press the red 'stop' button first. Keep pressing until you reach the desired cycle/cost option. Then proceed with the instructions on the card machine as usual.

We will be updating our signage to this effect, but thought we'd give our Facebook and Instagram followers the heads up that this is available to you guys now 🐾🐾

The Helix lagoon was looking particularly gorgeous when we were down cleaning the dog wash today 🩵 We couldn't resist taking some pics 📸

For any 'out of towners' on this page, it really is a great day out for all the family, with so many things to see and do.

The cafe at the lagoon is open on weekends and local holidays, 11-3pm. As well as the usual snacks and drinks for humans, you can also treat your four legged friend to a puppicino 😋 Other dog treats are also available 😁🙌

What is your favourite thing to do at the Helix?? Apart from wash your 🐶 🐕 of course 🤣🤣🤣

The handsome Jonesy back for his second wash today 😁 Mum said there was no need to be lured in with a bag of Wotsits this time 🤣 but that he's just tolerating it at the moment. What about these two handsome boys, Kaiser and Ted 😍😍 who came all the way from Glasgow to use the dog wash yesterday. They enjoyed a wee walk around The Helix park while they were here, so it ended up being a lovely Sunday outing for everyone. Mum said Kaiser wasn't too impressed, barking the whole time 🤣 whereas Ted just took everything in his stride 😁 They left a lovely review which is always appreciated, so thank you. We hope you come through and visit us again in the future 💦🐶🐾

Murphy's first visit to the Helix Dog Wash and he demonstrates perfectly just how simple it is to use:

1. Secure your dog
2. Pick a shampoo and wash
3. Rinse
4. Condition
5. Rinse again
6. Blow dry

Mum was delighted not to have to hose down her entire bathroom afterwards 😁 After all, who wants to do that on a bank holiday weekend 🤷🥂 A wee 'home' beard trim and Murphy is like a new dog. A super gorgeous one at that 🤩🤩 Thanks so much for the pics 🚿🐶🐾

This will make you smile 😁 The gorgeous Willow met up with 3 of her sisters for a 'play day' on their 1st birthday 🎉🎂🎈 I think you can see from the photos that she had the best time ever 🙈🤣 It's not surprising that mum and dad were thankful for the Helix Dog Wash, saving their own bathroom 😁 They took 'before, during and after' photos. Great review from gorgeous Kai's mummy:

"10/10 service. Managed to wash Kai at 9am this morning in -2degrees and the water was nice and toasty. He's now lovely and sparkly clean again, best investment, Kai loves it rather than being chocked up in a warm groomers. He gets to be bathed in the frost and freezing cold and he now enjoys it more!!"😁😁

"He had great fun and loads of people were coming over watching him doing a tutorial - he loves all the attention. Definitely my favourite place and for only £10 rather than £80 at the groomers"
