As this year comes to an end I would just like to from the bottom of my heart thankyou for this year and the love and support i have recieved from you all and trusting me and leaving your furbabies with me time after time.

As usual 2024 hasn't been without it's challenges but nothing we haven't overcome ofcourse with your help!

2025 sets to bring alot of exciting changes and exciting times ahead. Can't wait to share them with you.

Just popping this here again as this week I have a record amount no shows and forgotten appointments. This time of the year I realise things are hard but they are hard for everyone including me. I will be charging the full amounts for appointments forgotten or cancelled on the day as my bills are increasing and so far I have managed to keep your prices the same.

Sorry for the rant.

I have noticed a massive increase in card payment charges and I simply cannot afford to loose any more money. So have decided to go back to bank transfer or cash.

Update as of 12.30pm - Santa's Grotto is now open!!!

🎅Important Update from the Grotto🎅

Santa’s sleigh has had a little breakdown this morning, so he’s running a bit behind schedule! 🚨🛷✨

It has now been fixed and Santa is on his way!

The Grotto will now open from 1PM while we help Santa get back on track. (if he arrives earlier we will of course update you!)

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Santa and his helpers are working hard to make sure everything is ready for your visit later today! 🎁🎄
