Next set of group classes start on Sunday 1st September in Callander Park Falkirk. The classes are a 4 week block which costs £60.

I only only use reward based training and an approved dog trainer with ABTC.

Congratulations to all of Junes simply pawsitive graduates. Unfortunately a few dogs and pups couldn’t come today but im sure they will graduate soon. All the mums, dads & aunties should be very proud.

My next set of classes start on Sunday 7th July.

The advance class is the new name for the refresher/continuation class for dogs who have came to either puppy or dog training in the past.

This class is be a mix of both general training and the recall classes. We would cover things like recall, walking on/off lead next to you, paying attention with distractions etc.

These classes would run for 4 weeks on a Sunday and cost £50 These are only available to pups and dogs who have came to one of my previous classes or met for 1-2-1.

Congratulations to all off todays graduates. All the pups and dogs were fantastic, everyone should be very proud.

Next month I have space available in the dog training class (general dog training) and the continuation class which is for dog and pups who have already done training with myself and want to build on this.

Next step class

Not long now until 2024 I just wanted to thank everyone who had came to or recommended my classes.

It’s been an eventful 2023 for myself and my dogs but meeting so many great pups and dogs makes it worthwhile. Here’s to an even better 2024.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and all the Christmas trees survived😀

Last block of puppy classes in 2023

As much as I’m trying not to think about Christmas it’s not far away. Due to Christmas, Decembers puppy classes are starting a week earlier on 25th November.

New class- loose lead walking.

Now we are coming into winter it’s more important that our dogs walk without pulling.

There’s nothing worse than being worried your dog will pull you and you will slip on some mud or ice.

This class will teach you and your dog the skills to walk on a loose lead.

Classes will be limited to four dogs and run as a four week block costing £60.

At the moment I’m just organising this class so if you’re interested let me know.

I have some exciting news to share! After months of study and exams I have become a member of the Animal Behaviour & Training Council (ABTC).

To be a member of the ABTC you need to prove that you understand and care about animal welfare. Nothing will change for my clients or in how I train, but it gives you the reassurance that I am accredited and will continue to keep my skills up to date.

As the business name suggests I only use positive training methods. This means using methods that never hurt or scare your dog. Positive methods are proven to be effective, and to build a better bond between you and your dog.

There are lots of courses and qualifications available for dog trainers - but not all of them are equal. I chose the ABTC because they are a very reputable organisation with high standards for their members, and they only allow positive training methods.

Fireworks.

A lot of our dogs are scared of fireworks but we can help them cope better. The dogs trust has a great guide on things we can start working on now so it’s not as stressful.

A massive congratulations to everyone who graduated in August’s classes. We had puppy, adult and improver’s graduations. I’m proud of everyone.

Sundays classes.

A quick reminder to everyone who is coming to Sundays classes can you bring water with you to the classes for your pup/dog.

Just like us your dogs will need to drink and cool down during the class.
