He is such a lovely boy, who enjoyed having cuddles with the team at our Healthy Pet Centre.

We’ve had 2 dogs handed into our Cumbernauld clinic this evening. One is a male entire Labrador and the other is a female Labrador cross. Both are young adults. They were found in South Carbrain. If you think they could be your dogs please contact us on 01236727876.

We have had a handsome cat handed into our Cumbernauld branch today who had been hit by a car on South carbrain Road. Luckily a member of the public who saw it happen stopped to help him and get him to us. Thankfully he appears to be stable for now but are very keen to track down his owner. He is microchipped and registered to an address in Bathgate. The number on chip is not up to date. He is mainly white with distinctive black markings/patches. If you think this could be your cat or if you know of the owner please get in touch with our team. Thank you

We’ve had a young male tabby and white cat handed into our Cumbernauld clinic this morning. He was found in the Abronhill area of Cumbernauld yesterday. Unfortunately he does not have a microchip. He is very friendly so likely has a family that is missing him.

This beautiful birb is Rosie 🩷 Rosie is a galah and was in to see our vet Becky for a health check. We just love the vibrant colours of the feathers!

Our Cumbernauld practice have had the sspca bring us a male entire, black cat who was involved in an RTA near Ben Nevis way.
Not microchipped.
Unfortunately due to the extent of his injuries he has been put to sleep.

Did you know we now offer keyhole spays at our Cumbernauld practice? 🗝️ Here is a testimonial from Luna and her mum Kayleigh following Luna’s keyhole spay 🥰

This is Gimli in for a confidence clinic! Gimli was previously very nervous about being examined so we are breaking the examination process down into easy steps for him. Here you can see him getting used to the stethoscope and having his chest listened to with the stethoscope. He's doing really well and he loves his food so we can pair the two to make this a much nicer experience via counter conditioning. He's doing great! If you think your dog could benefit from our confidence clinics please contact our reception team.

We recently treated a wild buzzard after he was found on the road. We took an X-ray to make sure he had not sustained any injuries and kept him warm and fed for the night. The following day, as he was doing well our nurse Leianne took him to be released close to where he was found.

This little cutie is Dexter. He was in with us recently for his neutering procedure. After his procedure he was suckling on his blanket for comfort. Isn’t he adorable!

This handsome boy is Archie. He came to us this week for his second vaccinations. Looks like he can’t wait to get out and about to burn some of that puppy energy!

This clever boy is Bluey. He stayed with us recently for his neutering procedure. He was keen to show off his tricks to the nurses!

This gorgeous pair of continental giant rabbits tucking into some food, are George and Stevie. They stayed with us recently when George was neutered with us. Stevie was just in for company to make George feel more at home. It can help bonded rabbits to feel safer if their partner stays with them when they need to be hospitalised. If your rabbit needs to stay in with us for any reason let us know if they are part of a bonded pair and we can accommodate both bunnies to make their experience less stressful for them.
