I’m Lizzie and I love dogs and everything about them, I believe they all have their own individual needs just like us and will tailor my services to ensure your dog has a positive experience with me and you can feel confident they are happy and well cared for. I specialise in 1 household only walks to ensure your dog(s) gets 1-1 attention and I can get to know them well. I know how hard it can be

to trust someone with a member of your family and I’ll do all I can to help you feel comfortable. I have a sound knowledge of dog behaviour and body language and will only socialise your dog within their comfort zone, keeping them safe and happy at all times! I use reward based methods only and I will give your dog all the time they need to feel confident and happy! I have lots of experience with Puppies, big strong dogs and little ones too, I volunteer at a local rescue centre and have experience with nervous and reactive dogs. If walks are not for you then check ins are available and will be full of fun enrichment and cuddles (if they're into that). Fully Insured, Canine First Aid Trained, DBS Checked, member of the Professional Dog Walkers Association, committed to CPD. ❗ Foster homes needed ❗

Hello everyone 👋

We have some animals here that sadly due to various reasons aren't yet able to go up for homing even though they are very excited to find one.

You can help these precious animals by giving them a great foster home whilst they wait to go up for homing!

Fostering is a great way to get an animal out of the kennel environment which will make them happier and give them a loving home so they are ready when they go up for homing! ❤

Keeping your dogs safe in the heat -

It’s that time of year when temperatures are getting so high that it is no longer safe to walk dogs in the middle part of the day due to the very real risk of heat stroke. This is not something I am willing to risk so I offer the following alternatives to usual walks:
🐶 check ins - will include a toilet break in the garden, top up water. Keeping the dog company and encouraging calm behaviour. I can also include enrichment (scent games) to work their brain instead of their body which really wears them out mentally and can be just as beneficial as physical exercise.
🐶 Evening walks are available for those who are booked in for the hottest parts of the day, I may also be able to move walks forward in the day where possible.
🐶 Quick pop ins just for toilet, water top up and safety check.
🐶 Shorter walks combined with a check in if it’s safe to do so.

If you would prefer to cancel your walk please provide as much notice as possible - minimum of 24 hours. You won’t be charged for this.
