This month we have seen a huge increase in ‘no shows’ and extremely short notice cancellations.

As you can appreciate this doesn’t just affect us as a business but also Gracie, Meg & Courtney as it leaves them with gaps where they are unable to fill at such short notice!

For this reason we have unfortunately been left with no option but to start implementing ‘no show’ & cancellation fee’s. Which will be £25 per missed appointment or 50% whichever is less.
It has also forced our hand to request a £15 deposit payment for all new customer bookings, which will be taken off the amount due after your appointment.

Our policy surrounding cancellations from now on, is we need at least 48 hours notice to cancel in order to not incur the missed appointment fee. If it is within the 48 hours you will be asked to pay the fee prior to rebooking. If it is a ‘no show’, again you will be asked to pay the missed appointment fee prior to being able to rebook.

We are extremely disappointed it has come to this and it is not a decision we have taken lightly as we have never had to implement this.

On a nicer note, we just want to thank all our customers for their continued support and trusting us with their doggo’s 🥰🐶🐾

Along with a variety of their canned wet food!

After some further research into their product and ingredients they use we couldn’t say no!

None of their recipes in the grain free & superfood blend range include any dairy, soy, wheat & gluten just packed with all the goodness from natural ingredients!

The 13 week old fox red Labrador!
She is the new addition to the village pets family!!

She is looking forward to meeting all our 4 legged customers! As she will be spending a couple of her days each week meeting and greeting everyone in the shop when Katie is working!!

PUPPY PARTY MORNINGS!! (For fully vaccinated puppies between 12 & 20 weeks)

Every other Saturday starting SATURDAY 1st FEBRUARY 10-11am (walk in available no need to book!)

🐾We will be transforming our groom room to the perfect puppy party!! A safe place for your puppies to begin socialising and to meet new 4 legged friends!!

Importance of socialising your puppy from an early age:

⭐️fewer behavioural issues
⭐️less aggression
⭐️more relaxed as an adult dog
⭐️easier to train
⭐️more comfortable during grooming appointments

We will also have at least one of our groomers on site to discuss anything grooming related.
