Well hello sunshine.. โ˜€๏ธ

Summer walks are fun, but remember, they can turn dangerous quickly in the
heat.

Dogs are susceptible to heatstroke, which can be fatal.

Keep your furry friend safe by walking them during cooler times of the day sticking to grassy areas where possible and providing plenty of water breaks.

While the air temperature might seem bearable, remember that the pavement
can be scorching hot for our furry friends' paws. If you can't hold the back of your hand to the pavement for 5-7 seconds, it's too hot for your dog's delicate paws.

Struggling to keep them hydrated? - try throwing a handful of frozen peas into a paddling pool - as they try to fish them out they will take in some of the water.

Remember - pets also get sun burnt, so try and add some pet safe sun cream to their pink skin or less hairy parts to protect them.

Enjoy the sunny weather, and keep your pets safe ๐Ÿฆฎ๐Ÿพ
