I absolutely adore this filly - she is an elegant and powerful mover, inquisitive and confident, but kind and gentle as well. Don't ask me about colour - I am taking a guess at dilute black (one red, one black, no agouti would be my best guess) but she maybe a dark sooty buckskin. Jury is totally out. She is a darker shade than these photos suggest (taken at dusk)..... Either way, I am 99% certain there is a cream dilute in there and 100% sure she is a very striking filly .
She is not the easiest to photograph because her colour blends against mums, shadows, sunshine, the grass and hedgerows. I have decided that black foals and dilute black might be sooty dark buckskin foals are the hardest of all to photograph!!

Mr Cheeky has not been fitted with a first, second or third gear and might be missing fourth gear as well. Certainly no brakes fitted... I am not sure about a dressage pony, or even an eventing pony.... this one is a potential Grand National runner....... His poor mother has been chasing him round the field all day, neighing frantically as she tries to catch him up, or catch her breath......

He even politely follows his mum to the field, stays close to her and walks back into his stable without doing the welsh cob foal thing i.e. taking themselves on a guided tour of the entire local area!!
