“ Lorraine did sterling work to find me a parrot of my choice. I was unable to view the parrot as I’m housebound and friend collected him for me, and what a bird he is beautiful and in excellent condition his feathers look like velvet. I am more than pleased with my new companion. All through the purchase procedure and collection Lorraine kept me up to date via email and phone, Lorraine also cares about their welfare as she asked about cages, food and toys which is very commendable. I would recommend Emerson Pets and their breeder to everyone that is serious about obtaining the right parrot for them, I wanted a companion parrot and Lorraine guided me through the selection, and was always on email or ‘phone if I had any questions and these were always answered the same day, so thank you so much Lorraine and Emerson’s Pet Centre”
