We have been contacted by Openreach. They have booked in an engineer for Tues 21st 8am-1pm

TECHNICAL ISSUES
We still have no news on anything I'm afraid. Not got test results or info on the engineer turning up . Don't think openreach engineers work weekends either, so maybe it will be Monday ???

TECHNICAL ISSUES UPDATE
Some tests are going to be done, so hopefully will know what is happening in a couple of hours.
It's honestly horrible hearing the phone ring and not be able to talk to the caller. I pick up the phone everytime in case it's suddenly working again 😭😭😭

Our phone line is now completely dead in shop. The internet comes on for a few mins every now and then. Hopefully fixed today, fingers crossed please

Very sorry we have some technical issues at the moment. The phone and internet is working intermittently and we are trying to resolve this, as this is affecting taking card payments
