We would like to wish you all a fabulous Christmas and a happy healthy 2024. We got very spoilt with so many gifts, thank you to everyone who thought of us, and of course trusting us with your gorgeous pets and your continued support of my amazing small buisness, I always enjoy the time off but still even after all these years look forward to returning to the best job ever, but now time to rest and look forward to a new year.

It was a busy busy day today.
I want to thank my lovely colleague/assistant lucia for working so hard and finishing late, and never moaning, this girl is a star.💥

My dogs seem to know when I'm busy, they chill and give me time to work, I love these little hairy kids.❤

2nd visit for this young lady, the first visit was traumatic, screaming, throwing herself about , biting, we finished both exhausted, had a chat with the owners on collection, I wasn't happy with the groom tbh, and this dog needed work at home, so on to today, 6 weeks later, and omg what a difference,
Not perfect but she was like a new dog, so happy and so proud of the owners, great job guys 👏

Grooming is a special job, I've loved it since I was 16, but I will never get used to that feeling when an owner calls cancelling their appointments because their beloved pets have passed away, sadly today I've taken that call twice, and it breaks my heart, that sound in their voice trying to be strong, knowing what they are going through makes my heart sink, the fact of never being able to groom their pet again and in many cases never seeing the wonderful owners again, its a very sad time, it never gets easier.
