Look at this! 🚨 Timphi the Red Panda arrived from Budapest, Hungary on Friday last week into London Heathrow Animal Reception Centre!

What a beautiful boy 😍 once he had arrived we worked to get him cleared through customs and delivered safely to in one of our temperature controlled, DEFRA licensed vehicles!

As some of you may have seen, we had an extremely exciting import of 10 amazing Atlantic Puffins from Iceland arrive into London Heathrow last week for the

To give you a bit of background on these amazing birds. They are all rescued puffins from the island of Vestmannaeyjar in Iceland, world’s largest breeding colony. They have been rescued and rehabilitated by the team at the Beluga Whale and Puffin Sanctuary, who successfully rescue, rehabilitate and release around 60 puffins in need every year. Due to long term injuries and health issues these particular birds were non releasable, as they would not survive without human care, and became permanent residents of the sanctuary. In order to create more space for the rehabilitating puffins at the Beluga Whale and Puffin Sanctuary, they are moving to their new permanent home, charity’s sister sanctuary in Cornwall; the Cornish Seal Sanctuary which will be the only place in UK where people can came visit rescued puffins.

Thank you so much to the fantastic team at for all of their insanely amazing work as always, it is a pleasure knowing all animals will be well cared for by all of the staff there each and every time.

What a brilliant shipment of coral that arrived into London Heathrow on Singapore Airlines! 🪸

A shipment is Tricoloured Staghorn Coral (Acropora Sp.), which is a CITES listed species of coral arrived into Heathrow Animal Reception Centre - HARC where we completed customs clearance before being collected by the importer!

Baby Bertie arrived from Sweden yesterday into 🤍

Bertie is a Skye Terrier of which the breed is now on the endangered list, less than a hundred puppies of this breed have been registered last year… globally! 🌍
