Please pay your invoices on time!!

I understand life gets hectic but I really shouldn't be having to chase people for weeks to receive payment.

If you are having money problems and need a payment plan set up, that's absolutely fine, just let me know.

I will have to stop accepting bookings from certain people and will soon be having to take full or partial payment up front at the time of booking.

I didn't want to run my business this way, but I'm starting to run out of options.

I'm not going to name and shame... I think people know who they are.

I have seen so many posts recently since this nonsense ban came into play about Pet Sitters, Doggy Daycare providers and Walkers who are point blank refusing to look after bulldogs. This both breaks my heart and makes me equally angry, so this is a post to say:

ALL BREEDS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!

I don't care if you've got the biggest XL Bully or the tiniest Miniature Bully, they will all be cared for and will never be turned away because of their breed.

Hello everyone, Lucy here!

First off, I would like to thank you all so much for your kind words after my accident, I was very touched.

Secondly, I would like to apologise profusely to those I had to cancel on, I hate having to leave anyone in the lurch.

Thirdly, I will not be back to work until April but my diary is open for April, May and June bookings from now. Please bear with me if I'm not super quick in replying - the aftermath of a nasty head injury and severe concussion leaves me a little slower on the uptake!

I am taking the rest of March to recover and recuperate as much as possible so I can be back to all my lovely clients asap💜

Lucy would like to apologise for any cancellations she's had to make and enquiries she's not responded to. She had a riding accident on Monday lunchtime where she was found unconscious on the road by a lorry driver. She was taken to raigmore and has bad concussion, memory loss of the event and time before/after and severe back pain. She is now home recovering and will be back to you all asap. Her horse is fine after taking herself off on a solo adventure down the road! Many thanks for your understanding.
