I wanted to give everyone an update on winning Prestige Business awards PET TRANSPORT SERVICE OF THE YEAR in LONDON & SOUTH-EAST ENGLAND as well as express to you all how blessed we feel to have such amazing clients and wonderful supporters of our business.

So Andy, Steph and I will be going up to Surrey at the end of August to a very posh hotel to receive our trophy at the awards ceremony etc.

Your support has been a driving force of our success as it became apparent early on we wouldn’t be where we are without all of you.

15 months ago, in March 2023 we went to our first job, and as we all know it takes around 5 years to have a fully established successful business, so to be at that point now and to have won our first business award in such a short amount of time still amazes us and we would love to know who did nominate us to Prestige Business Awards.

We are so excited for the future and to continue helping pets and their owners as well as supporting the police and fire service when they need us. Our aim has always been to provide exceptional services.

Another busy day including picking up a clients pet ashes in a beautiful urn and presentation case, so sad, phoebe was my clients entire life and he is so lost without her.

2 jobs done already this morning, sadly had to pick up a clients cat who has passed away during the night, so he wanted her cremated and we have the perfect heart shape urn at the crematorium in a beautiful display case, so will be picking her up tomorrow. Then had 2 pick up dalmatian and dachshund from kennels to go their home, busy busy busy lol.

We have been truly blown away as we have just been notified by Prestige business awards we are the winner of this year's PET TRANSPORT OF THE YEAR for london and south east, after the judges looked into our business since we actually started 15 months ago, and looked at our reviews, and hearing from vets etc, we are amazed to win an award so early on in the business.

So we get to attend the awards ceremony in london with up to 6 guests, followed by photo shoots and national press opportunities.

Busy day, at slinfold fete with our stall, Ethel and paco, then on way back the pets2vets phone rang for an urgent referral from rustington to Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists so Andy on his way there with little Lucy tonight.

We will be at Goffs Park fun show on 27th May so please come over to our stall and say hi. We will have our animal ambulances there along with all the kit we carry on board on show on the stall as well as lots of pet products on sale.

AREA OF OPERATIONS - WEST SUSSEX
At present our ambulances are operating within West Sussex, but we do offer prebooked long distance for pets going to or from West Sussex as well. We do plan to expand our services to neighbouring counties in the next 5 years, and then nationwide in the next 10 years.

we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have 4 ambulances available so you can call, and we can come out to you straight away. We are registered with DEFRA and have a type 1 transporter license. We are the recommended choice of animal ambulance by vets that have used our services in West Sussex. We can provide our ambulances for transport to all other animal services. We have on board the necessary emergency equipment such as first aid and oxygen.
